Well, I actually meant the CRT fund. Sareum only own 27% of the rights to chk1. It would make no sense to buy SAR out when they can develop the drug and still reap the rewards for much cheaper. The best case scenario as I see it is a milestone for chk1, which is due anyway in my opinion and a decent upfront for TYK2 cancer with Big backend milestones. The rest of the money will be use to drive chk1 home and get TYK2 into clinics. They could, of course, surprise all here and in licence something from another company completely. Time will tell.
