It' isn't that I don't believe you Apple but your solicitor would need a court order the get ADVFN to disclose who this poster is. They might not even know themselves if he/she isn't a premium user. Anyone with an email address can create an account so the best they could do would be to give you the IP address of the poster and then you would need someone to forensically trace that address, which you would need another court order for. If ADVFN has given you all that without a court order then I suggest everyone here deletes their ADVFN account and puts a Subject Access Request into them to see what info they have on you. They can't just pass your data to anyone. Hope ADVFN are reading this. Ha ha.

I'm not negative but I do have a different expectation to most others. Something is happening and I do believe we'll see 1 - 2p in the next couple of months.

Also, if someone at work said to me, we are expecting to deliver mid-year but didn't give specifics, I'd automatically think June\July. If we get into Aug with candidate selection news, then it's overdue IMO.

So parker needs about 10.5p to enable him to release his options which will then be worth approx 1.7 million. Not bad for a few years work. It's still my theory.

I don't think there is a placing coming, SAR usually raise money towards the end of the year and I think we'll have our milestone payment before then. Sierra raising or the option to raise to be exact Says the milestone will be paid as soon as its triggered. I do think there are bigger things happening though. The director buy is, maybe, the last chance for Parker to get something meaty out if this. The amount bought may not seem like a lot but Parker will know how much they want for TYK2 licenses.

I do, like others here think that we will licence and sell out early. That's the business model the company works on. although we would all make a good profit, I think if we funded the P1 trials ourselves, using funds from milestones and the dreaded placings we'd be looking $400 - 600 million dollars for each TYK2 (cancer and lupus) at the end of a successful P1. By that time CHK1 will be well into a PII and we'd be perfectly set to sell up before any unfortunate 'did not meet the primary endpoint' RNS's

I know there are a lot here that want to cash out of SAR and I can understand why because I've been here a long time too. I don't believe the 'this is being held back' talk. There are quite a few LTH with very low averages and quite a few at the current range. My personal average is 0.74 officially but probably less than that as my first million were a free ride after buying at 0.18 and top-slicing. There is no way i'm going to sell at anything less than 3p and I wouldn't mind betting that 80+ percent of the total shares are in the hands of punters like me or they got spiked and are effectively locked in. The SP doesn't move becuase most of us don't want to sell at 1p 1.6p or even 2p. I also don't believe we'll do a PYC for the very same reasons. I think the MM's have got their work cut out trying to make a market unless the deal is something tangible e.g. a 10 mill milestone payment would increase the MC by 10 mill and the SP would obviously reflect that. PYC spiked (briefly) to a 32 bagger on a 500k deal.

I think SAR would only rise 30 - 50% on a £10 million deal. Stranger things have happened though and if the SP did 30 bag because of dumb money. I'd sell the lot and buy back after the inevitable car crash that would happen when reality hits home.

As Ahfam says. We are in a unique position. CHK1 is flying and should pay for us to progress our compounds into PI trials. IMO if we can get TYK2 x2 trials going, by the time they reach the end of PI we'll have a billion pound company. That's without Aurora and the SKIL platform. So I say, keep plugging away TIm, don't sell us on the cheap.

Chesh - she's bought within the rules. My guess is we were in a closed period, maybe for due diligence. That's now done and we are now in a open period until they come back with the offer. Milestone news could come at anytime. I don't think it will because, I think SRRA are part of the deal/deals. I think we'll have 2 more licences by the end of the year.

Aber they will know what the trigger is for milestones but it is quite conceivable that they won't know when that trigger is activated. So, Mrs Parker is lawfully speculating on Milestones being due, candidate selection and future TYK2 deals like the rest of us. I've said this before but Parker will need a pile of cash to exercise his options. Come a deal, Mrs Parker will have a pile of cash to give him.

IMO - We can still get candidate selection news because we know that is due. It's in the public domain. We can also get news on milestones for the same reason. I honestly think this RNS was issued to quash the talk of an imminent TYK2 licence.

Usually a closed period is 30 days before results announced. They don't have to notify us of a closed period so big news is at least 30 days from today.

Or.. we have been in a closed period, hence the lack of news but now that period is over??

It's been getting bit silly here over the last week or so and I've no doubt the board read this page. They can't issues speeding ticket because this SP isn't moving so this is the next best thing IMO. Let the LTH know we are still in open season.
