I expected a placing last year. and to be fair that's when they should have don't. Placings are sometimes used to calm the market as well as raise cash. If they'd placed at say 5p it would have been a stamp of approval from the company. Punters wouldn't have been fleeced with the pump and dumps and the SP would have actually have had somewhere to go with all new news. As it stands 4p is a fair valuation of the company IMO. The only way is up after 31st of May that is.

I'm watching. Was in here last year or was it 2016? got in at 22, top sliced a nice profit at 0.30 and sold the rest when it fell back to 0.22. My concern, a year on, is still you lot are talking about a JORC a full year later. Anyway, watching and think this is the bottom but this JORC thing needs clarification.

We'll see. I'm 100% certain there will be no good news before the 31st so why buy now? and are you saying a 20% dilution won't make a difference? Shares always fall to the placing price, you're either ramping or in denial.

Apple - you know as well as other rampers here that come the 31st of May (when these extra shares start trading) it's highly likely the SP will be 4p. Why are you still wanting punters to buy in at more than that? It's counterproductive if you want the SP to rise after the placing.

I get it, the positive outlook. I've been there but no one is selling because most are underwater already. Whats the point? It will settle below 4p in the coming weeks. Then It might be worth investing.

Lol, honestly. No, the reason for the placing is because they are spending more than is coming in. They've placed now because they'll know there is nothing in the short term pipeline.

This is the one I've been waiting for. They had to do it at some point and should have done it back in January. Might actually be worth investing once the dust settles. 3.5p today settling around 3p with no news.

On the tyk2 point. It's because it isn't even preclinical yet. We havent even selected what is going on sale yet. Once that is decided then it goes on sale. Its all good here but the timescales are always wrong.

I should have said nothing can happen. I don't think anything will happen short term. We'll get candidate selection and it will go in the shop window. Hopefully, we'll get a milestone payment from CHK1 so we can at least start the process of taking into PI ourselves. I really can't see anything that will majorly rerate us until a TYK2 licence is awarded. I'm hoping news flow picks up after the candidate selection though.

I remarked on it last weekbut i'm not sure, probably just a red herring. I think it's just a spring clean on the website. We can only be sure if the new/updated posters do go back up. If they don't then, yes. I've got an alert setup to inform me if the website changes. It all adds to the excitement, I suppose.

I seem to remember in the early days of this deal. Sierra said they intended to take SRA737 all the way to market. Obviously, they didn't say how they would fund that but there must have been a plan?
