On the licence point. It's my understanding that the licence is a tangible thing that has to be bought out. It would be a bad deal with no compensation for lost royalties. Especially with such a low upfront payment.

TM and SAR have done a great deal over years to contain the SP and stop pump and dump. They usually issue speeding tickets promptly they are very careful with wording in RNS's etc.. TM got badly burned a few years ago for saying a deal was imminent then it didn't happen. He learned his lesson there. I would argue that buying and selling SAR shares is one of the few level playing fields there are on AIM.

You can't blame the company for something for assumptions made on a message board. When a milestone is triggered, we'll be notified. be careful what you wish for too. If SAR know the schedule and told us it was going to be, lets say October, the SP would drop because the traders and rainbow chasers would sell and buy back in September. There are multiple rainbows on AIM and there is always something about to multi-bag.

Nothing to support the RNS!!?? No bad news and full steam ahead with little or no risk to SAR investors. Like I've said before. I'll start to panic if we haven't progressed by this time next year.

I'm still thinking they (with a rich backer) are just going to buy CHK1 from under us. We'll never see royalties. If they are going to raise, why not raise 3 times what they need and keep all the royalties. I'm convinced there is a reason why both companies are in doldrums despite a steady stream of good news.

And let's assume all this adds upto £1 million, no, let's be generous and say £2 million turnover (and it is turnover, not profit). How much would the company be worth, realistically? Its already over £4 million Do you think buying at 5 and wanting 10 is realistic? It might go to 10p with the herd pushing it, but it isn't worth 10p the turnover would need to be much higher.

Yes, but the charts don't take into account that the company is barely making ends meet. Even with the recent contracts, they still need outside funding or a placing. The main reason I don't hold and im in and out quickly is for this reason. People like Jack can mock me for taking a £196 profit but I don't care, I'm winning on AIM which is quite difficult to do.

Well, what a question that is! Truth is, no one knows. When haven't been given the milestone schedule? We know that there is circa �70 million available in milestones right up to the drug getting approved for market. Sierra are due to update the market next week and the thinking is that milestone payments will be announced in that update. How much? who knows. Personally, I think anything between �3 - 10 million and I'd expect the SP to spike to around 2p but retrace back to 1.5p Depends what else is in the update. The question is do you buy now or wait? I can't tell you that.

IMHO the SP will drift lower without news.

I firmly believe that the CHK1 will give us 3p in the next year, maybe even 5p but that's where the risk starts. Waiting on a successful PIII is mega risky. IMM just proved that. Said it before, I'd be happy if a buyout came to take it out of my hands. A £200 million buyout is cheap if the drugs work but would be a 10 from here. I'll take that.

When you look round the other boards, which I have because I've been short-term trading other bios for about 9 months now. SAR are known to other people but in a roll of the eyes way. Many have been burnt here and a lot of them will have cut their losses and sold out. Others see SAR as snake oil salesman, promising the world and not delivering and, if you are honest with yourself, why wouldn't they? Having said that, I feel my money is safe here and I don't let the up's and downs get to me. It's easy to do if you are in profit though. I'll be really ****ed off if we don't see at least 3p after all this time. So going on that, it's a no-brainer buying at these prices and maybe, just maybe we'll see 10, 15 or 20p!!!
