Early development BIO's don't grow. You have to keep feeding your investment so you keep the same percentage of the company. If you don't, your investment gets watered down on every placement, every director options taken or JV's. BIO's either make it or they don't there is no growth. It is literally like betting on a really long horse race where you can either up your bet or cash out whenever you want.

Hedge funds? They wouldn't touch a company like HEMO. There is nothing like the volume they need or the potential growth for that matter. The SP went up because dumb money bought in without any research then the SP went down when those in profit it sold out. That how the markets work. If you think negative posts work, then so should ramping? Try and ramp it back to 6p to prove your point.

PAH! 97% is not the same as SAR's 10 out of 10 mice cured. The article is very bland. It does, however, highlight the need for SAR to get their arse in motion. I know they strive to be best in class but some company somewhere is going to be first in class and steal all the limelight and the initial goldrush that will kick off.

Absolutely Ahfam. A takeover price would have to be based on future milestones due and the potential royalties that we could get if the compound went to market. If we were to be taken over, I'd be disappointed with anything less than �200 mil for the lot. and if CHK1 and TKY2 both got to market, this would be very cheap. Having said that, I'd happily take �200 mil today.

Still think Aurora will get pulled. Hopefully after more news on CHK1 and TYK2 to limit the damage.

The positives are all there it's just the timescales that are wrong. In my mind, it's always been 2019. Even back in 2016, i was thinking 2019. I'm quite happy for it to happen before then but I'm confident we'll see 2p by the end of this year and 5p in 2019.

Jonnah - This is actually a really good question that no one can be bothered to answer because it can't be spun into a ramp or de ramp. IMO - if the patent is granted and companies use the HEMO version of 'humanised mice' then I presume there will be a royalty fee for each one sold. If this generated enough revenue to pay the development of ALM compound, brilliant, but the patent may not be granted. There are already humanised mice so this application would need to be significantly different. For what it's work and this is my opinion. The way HEMO are structured and were formed from a reverse takeover meant that the holding company paid more for the shares than they are currently worth so IMO there is some pressure being applied to generate value and it is this that is driving the mice thing, the 'accidental' tweet and the subsequent P&D. Make of that what you will. I'm holding out for a lower entry and modest profit. There is no get rich quick happening here. DYOR

If i'm going to invest rather than trade. I want to know this is headed somewhere. and that isn't receiving royalties for mutant mice which may never happen if they don't get a patent granted. I'm not deramping or being negative. However, I will buy back in around 2p just for the inevitable spike on the next news.
