There are 2 scenarios. One is, we are in negotiations\due diligence and have been for a couple of years. It's my belief that certain development milestones will need to be met before we get a deal. Could be worldwide patents granted or something similar. I don't believe Parker hasn't been doing anything, I believe he's been doing just the opposite but will be bound to an NDA. If I'm wrong, then scenario 2 comes into play and that is that our drugs are not as good as we all think they are.

It's a crowded marketplace. There are quite a few companies developing AML drugs. Some are in PII and PIII already. HEMO are right at the start of the journey. That doesn't mean they will be unsuccessful but it explains why the market is lukewarm to them and recent news. Personally, I sold out last week on the spike because they seem to be pushing the Humanised Mice thing instead of the AML drug development. This strategy suggests they are after quick money rather than long-term success. I will buy back in at some point but I don't believe they've hit the bottom yet.

Ytts, yes, it's been a long time coming but this year should see them move forward. They also have a compound just moving into PII and another ready for licencing. This is why I can't get excited about Hemo. I'm interested but it's a long hard slog when you buy into a bio. 90% if them fail and fold. It's also why the 8 billion market post is a moot point. Someone will get there before Hemo,probably!

Sareum Holding has an AML compound in development. Currently, they are trying to make it soluble. Once that is achieved. it will go into Phase I trials. Incidentally, when they tested this in mice. 10 out of 10 were found to have no detectable cancer afterwards. Yorkshire - Get your tin foil hat quick! I can assure, my LSE is real and only I post on it. I have never had a ban on LSE and that's because I never break the rules. I'm watching about 5 companies at any one time and I pop into each a couple of times a day. I've in shares where I lost big time and I mean 75% of my money! at the time I didn't want to listen to the negative side of things even though, with hindsight they were true but the more experience I get the less that happens. I don't want to get rich quick off PYC, I only want �500 here or there and as such I only ever have to risk �2k. How anyone sitting on losses can think that i'm wrong and they are right is beyond me but like I said. I need the dreamers so I can play the percentages.

Ha ha, I've lost count how many times posters have mocked me for taking a £500 profit. There have been a lot over the years. I'll take a £500 profit over a £6k loss any day of the week. Even if I break even I'm doing better than most on aim. I would never mock them back though. I need the dreamers so I can make small percentages.

That's how it works. You can always buy but you can't always sell.

My interest wained with the fake tweet from Jane the lab tech, then the silly excitement for a £250k piece of work. I sold straight after the Bell. I'm interested bit not until they start talking about proper science. Until then it's going to be a vehicle for moving money from dumb to smart.

Don't think it works like that. For example - You couldn't make sand soluble even if in a suspension. The liquid is just the delivery method. The body has to be able to absorb it into the bloodstream. Excuse my non-medical terms.

A deal what amounts to �250k over 6 months wasn't going to set the market on fire. They tried to make punters sell first thing and I did but there wasn't enough to feed any major rise. There are a lot here already spiked so the actual free float won't be many at all.

Fast - I've been investing in BIO's for over 10 years. You are lucky if you get more than 2 updates a year. You are lucky if you don't lose 75% of your money. You put up with it because I can be rewarding but the 'accidental' tweet, the fake tweets, the ramping, the non-news this morning and even the LSE interview. Non of it is endearing me to HEMO. I'll keep watching but i'm wary.
