It's not really fraud though. The system is outdated and they use this to make the market. The SP can't go up without buys and buys can't go through without sells. Not sure what else you want the MM's to do.

Just MM's doing what they do. Making a market. Can't buy if no one is selling so they pretend people are selling to entice more sells.

Yes, don't disagree with your maths but the figures of 28 and 40p are probably based on multi-billions in annual sales. �4 billion in sales would give you the magic 28p.

Exactly. We know nothing going to happen before the end of this month then we have to wait until mid March and then April for some, hopefully, blockbuster news. I can fully understand why you would trade this for the next week or so. I'm not sure posters always understand share trading. It's irrelevant what the sp is when you buy or sell. What matters is the swings up and down.

Said it loads of times. We'll never see 40p. That's not to say the potential isn't there, I just believe we will sell out way before that happens. I'm betting we sell our share of CHK1, hopefully to someone with deep pockets. Licence TYK2, push this to PII then someone will take us out. I can't see a massive spike here either because SAR will put the brakes on early. We will get a speeding ticket straight away. Sad really because if CHK1 got market, that would be a very nice pension sorted on royalties alone. It's all good here but it will be out of our hands in the next couple of years.

Ah but 20% is harder to get than 10%. a lot of AIM stock moves 10% for no reason and as long as the spread doesn't lock you in you're sorted. If I had enough cash in my account I'd go for 4 lots of 5% a week ha ha. I'm hold for gold here with a float for spikes!

I have companies I watch and trade. Almost every company on AIM has 'news due'. If I could get 10% twice a week I would have to work. Buy and sell price are irrelevant as long as it has the legs to go up 10%

I'm pretty certain we had to put our interim news on hold because we can't say anything about CHK1 until SRRA have updated the market. I'm also pretty certain that it won't do much for our SP unless there is a milestone and even if there is, it will only take us to around 1p. The SAR SP only holds on something tangible. P1 and possibly P2 is factored in already IMO. At least as far as the market is concerned. I will shut up now though because, I have bought more just so I can sell them if they spike.

If the cure foe cancer herd comes they may push it to 3 or 4p for a split second. Generally, im not pessimistic but I fear we'll be just under 1p in the day, weeks after the interims. Only because that's what always happens.

Yes, it's an important update because it's more validation for SAR but a re-rate? Also, I believe the milestones are fixed. So we get 80mil and that's it, irrespective of how many concurrent trails SRRA run. I do agree with the below that CHK1 was licenced on cheap but 2/3 percent of billions in royalties would make up for it. My loose analogy is when Apple bring out a new IPhone do Samsung, who supply a lot of the chips get a market boost? Other than an increase in chips sales, they don't. Nor do they thank them for supplying the chips. I would love a nice rerate, just don't think this will generate one. Unless a milestone is triggered or the trial has shown some efficacy that can't be ignored.

I'm with you on this Maths. I think the general feeling is the SRRA update could rerate SAR because of the potential? I'm not convinced we'll get any major rerate unless we get a milestone. But i'm ready with a few to sell, just in case the herd comes and spikes us.

Yes, but they wouldn't be able to say anything about CHK1 other than the most basic bland news. Interims are never mind blowing they are regulatory and such will just be blah blah blah.

No conspiracy. Just a coincidence that SRRA are releasing theirs in Feb. We can't do ours until they do theirs. It's as simple as that.

Whatever his reasons are, you can't argue with facts. He counters ramp posts with snippets from RNS's but yet they still argue. I still don't get why saying a share will go down is worse than saying a share will go up. Especially when you state word for word what the company has released. JT is right, they will be here in a few weeks.

I've been thinking of this scenario. I was holding 2 million shares but I've added another 500k I the last couple of weeks. I will sell these on a spike if there is one and possibly upto million if it went to 5p. Personally, I can't see it but it pays to have a strategy.

You say assuming the data is good. They've already intimated it is good. What we don't know is their measurement of good. I'm actually thinking the partial remission option is likely so there will be talk of combo trials.
