Agree with Searle. It was always going to be 2019/20 before we get a full rerate. If you think its before then, you got that thinking from here not from the SAR board. I still think the announcement of the TYK2 candidate selection is dependent on something else and that's what we are waiting for. An NDA, a final round of tweaking or whatever. It'll come soon enough but it won't a big deal as many people think here. It will be a huge step forward though. The compound goes in the shop window at that point. We will place in oct/Nov. Its unfortunate and I for one thought we'd get a milestone and never have to place again but it's where we are. I just hope when the final deal is made, Tim takes into account the amount if dilution we've had to take over the years.

The TYK2 thing is a weird one. The risk of bad news is small, IMO. Unless they are having similar issues to Aurora solubility? What else can go wrong,? we don't even know what compound has been selected yet! Again, IMO. The silence is because the candidate selection will be released in conjuction with other news. I honestly don't think it's big news though. More likely to be a partnership or low upfront licence. I think we'll place in November and I think they'll make it a round 3 billion shares in issue. Hopefully for the last time.

Absolutely, Keiny1. Our measly share of CHK1 potential will be worth £100 - 200 million once PII nears completion. We need to get TYK2 into clinics and get the very risky toxicity tests out of the way, then well realise the true value of TYK2. I understand Thoths sentiments but I really can't believe the boards have just been sitting on their hands for the last 2 years. What news are you wait for, Utar? not being funny, just interested. The only news that is overdue is candidate selection and if the sentiment of this board is anything to go by, candidate selection will constitute bad news and the SP will drop.

Sierra would need to find £300 million just to cover the potential milestones. I'd be really disappointed if they didn't at least cover the potential. That wasn't my point though, SRRA have an agreed drawdown and I hope they don't use it to take TYK2 Cancer off us. To many eggs in one basket.

IMO, It's going down because the market is expecting a drawdown of cash. I hope they aren't taking TYK2 or we'll be dependant on them and in limbo for the next 3 - 5 years.

Utar. The only bad news I could forsee is the shelving of Aurora. There is no bad news coming from CHK1, not yet at least. There is no bad news coming from TYK1 because we haven't selected the candidate yet! I still think we will shelve Aurora. It'll be no great loss but the market could punish us if they do. In regulatory terms, SAR could bury that 'news' in the interim results. e.g. after we have candidate selection and or a licence. That way we would have already crystallised a new bottom anyway. The director buy was a punt in an open market. It was either speculating on milestones being due or Mrs Parker had a very small window of opportunity because we were in a due diligence scenario. That's what I believe it was. I think we had handed over the data and at that point, the market was deemed open again. How long is the due diligence? who knows? I've worked on IT due diligence projects and they can last well over 12 months. Maybe Thoth can add some insight here. Didn't he use to work in mergers and acquisitions?

I firmly believe that TYK2 could be worth £400 million towards the end of a successful P1 and we, possibly have two of them. If you want Thoths 28p. This is how we'll get it in the mid term. 18 - 24 months for a 30 bagger or sell up now for a 10 or less bagger? IMO, this is where we are. I was hoping we'd take TYK2 into P1 ourselves. Now, if we do that, we'll see a heafty placing towards the end of the year. All good if, Tim and Co can eventually get us a deal that's takes into acoout all the dilutions.

I'd say the seamless design is so they can fast track the development, adapting it slong the way. The cohort size will probably get smaller but once approved, that should be able to go back and investigate other avenues. Getting approved is the end goal, whatever the market size. I'd also say, absolutely it would affect our milestones. Unless something is written into the contract? What would be the new triggers? I still see this as good news. Interested to see what others think.

Even if they were involved with TYK2 cancer, they couldn't tell you they were. Now, that would be insider trading. I'm really supprised they answered the way they did though. It looks like some effort went into writing the email.
