That's exactly how I look at it Luton. CHK1 PII might not actually start until Q2 2019. If that's the trigger for a milestone, we're 5 months from that. We might get some decent updates in the run up to the AGM but the rest of this year could be very quiet.

Ahfa - I don't doubt any of that. TYK2 isn't preclinical yet though so what is it's value?

ColdFish - CHK1 is worth at least £75 million (crystallisation of milestones) but only if someone wants to buy it and if we want to sell.

That's still what I'm saying. There is huge potential for TYK2 but, IMO, it isn't worth that much yet. The placing should allow us to get to the next CHK1 milestone and we can use that payment to get TYK2 to at least the preclinical stage. Then we can start dreaming of big upfront deals. It's been impossible to trade SAR for years. I will take profit if I see some though.

I don't deny there have been some strange things happening but a lot of the speculation has been made with confirmation bias in full swing. If you had never heard of SAR and had £20k to invest, would you think the future is as rosy as some here who are already heavily invested? Some here think Parker can get us hundreds of millions for something that isn't even pre-clinical yet. I believe we will get there, just not yet.

I'll ask this again. What has Parker got to deal with? TYK2 is as yet untested in the clinic. Other TYK2 compounds have recently failed so the whole TYK2 arena is a bit risky at the moment. How does Parker sell that to potential buyers? And how much, be realistic, is it worth unproven? His hand isn't strong right now. IMHO

I don't know Aber. That figure looks about right. In 2020, I'd take 7p a share for one drug in P2 and another about to enter P1. The big big money will come when\if TYK2 progresses through the trials. Until then we just have to sit on our undervalued shares.

The placing was a big red flag that no milestones or a deal is expected this year.

Don't post here much but absolutely, RayG. The bottom has been tested. The potential to multi-bag from here is very very good. Not so good from 0.3 for obvious reasons. I got a bit stung on the release of the JORC but have managed to average down. The main risk to a rise from here is other who were stung on the JORC release. I'm here until 0.5 at least though.
