The volume is minuscule. Even yesterdays 13 million is tiny compared to shares in issue. I reckon is just sellers who need a bit of dosh to cover Christmas. I've done it before. I use my ISA as a savings account as well as long-term investments. Wish I had a bit more to buy at these prices.

I'm not sure we will get any clarity from the AGM. That isn't what they are for. We definitely won't get any answers to pertinent questions. Having said that. the guys who are attending should still ask some tough questions just to see how Tim and the board react to them. You will be able to spot the rehearsed answers and the ones that make them squirm a bit.

Posts only get removed if they break the rules. If you read the rules via the link at the bottom of the page, you'll see the admins actually let quite a few posts stay even though they are in breach of the rules.

Even the most enthusiastic members of this board have gone quiet. AGM next week. Then hibernation IMO. At least until spring. 2019.

I'd agree with the we don't have anything the big boys want (YET). TYK2 is still unproven in the clinic which makes it a huge risk, even for the big boys. Hopefully, that won't be for e er though. Patience and luck needed.

I honestly don't care if Parker has millions of shares. a. He's got to buy em and b. If he gets 10p a share, then so do I.

My average is stated as 0.74 but I have a million here on a free ride from selling above 1p when I bought at 0.28. So it doesn't feel like I'm at a loss.

Someones getting shafted with that sell. They must need the money for Xmas or something. Good time to buy, especially if you're after a short term profit. I can see this bouncing back to 0.75 in the next few weeks. I wouldn't get worried about it but the mm's are testing the feeling of investors. It could drop further if any others need some money to pay santa.

I think we'll see a return to trading in the 0.25 range in the next couple of months. Maybe even sooner.

Had a few shockers in my time. Not just AIM. Northern Rock was my worst. Had been riding the wave of up's and downs for days. Built up nice little pot when the shares were suspended. My own fault I suppose, I should have got out when the going was good but i've never seen a penny of my money since. Almost got wiped out on OXB as well. Another write off.

Never reported, I don't have anyone on ignore either. Water off a ducks back for me. However, I work in corporate IT and stuff said on here and other messages boards would absolutely be unacceptable to say in most 21st century boardrooms. That is no bad thing IMO.

Agree to some extent Searle but there is a lot of casual racism and sexism on these boards. It's the gammon way to pass this off as political correctness. My Missus can look after herself but my daughter has to deal with this shit on daily basis and she's only 13. Belhus is right. Stick to SAR and we can't go wrong.

Hopkirk always took a long term view SAR and his view of deal size was always on the low side too. A bit like Searle or Akkers? As he was back then.

Confirmation bias is really strong. People are looking for that little nugget of information that validates them being heavily invested here.

Do I think the 2 new appointments are significant? yes. Do I think a deal is imminent? No. That doesn't make it any less significant. Staring at the SP all day every day isn't going to make the deal come any quicker.

For the record, with what we know and I mean what the company has officially told us. I'll be getting excited in Q1 next year. Hopefully, a milestone will be triggered in Q2. Anything other than the AGM this year will be a bonus to me. Happy Days.

I'm not feeling downtrodden and I am confident in my investment here but I have more realistic timescales and expectations than most here. Other than the AGM I'm not expecting much this year.
