To be fair Aber. If your glass is half full you'd be thinking. SAR usually place in Q4 so there's plenty of time for a milestone to be announced. You also need to ge realistic. Ahfan's glass is always half full but the deals he quotes were mostly for drugs that were further down the development line than our TYK2. An upfront deal now would reflect the current progress of TYK2. The upfront would be small with big back end milestones. I'm torn, I believe we could get 15p plus if we wait but I'd gladly take half that and take my profits to the next rainbow.

Didn't Biotech post this just for comparison? Other than size if deal for a similar business model. I'm not sure anyone is thinking this is relevant for us. For what its worth. I think that about the size of deal we would get for an early buyout. We'd get much more if we had several trials running.

Still think we'll get a milestone before we have to raise. However, I'm less confident than I was. SRRA will raise in June. Our milestone will (hopefully) be factored in.

Yes, current PYC sp showing true value. Doesn't mean the herd won't come though. How many bought PYC purely based on hype with no clue at all. Lots. Watch SAR move when we have something tangible.

PYC 20 bagged on the back of a 500k contract. Can you imagine if the dumb money came knocking here after a 6 mil milestone? There'd be a bit of top skimming from me, I can tell you. For what its worth. I think Tim and Co are working on a exit. We may not get the potential value. My prediction is CHK1 is sold on lock stock. We get crystalised milestones and maybe a bit more to compensate for losing royalties. SP + 5p. We then sell not licence TYK2, Aurora and SKIL. Divide the cash and SAR wraps up.

Like the old ones but want performance and practicality. 28p might be enough to to bin the rat race off and spend my time in the mountains or surfing.

I with JT here. I will keep adding as and when under my average of 0.7. The MMs can't keep it it there when news hits. Going to start speccing my tricked up VW T6 camper. Might be able to actually buy it by next summer.

I'm in agreement. I think the pieces are all in play. Not saying it's imminent but IMO. SAR won't be around in couple years time.

If lilly hadn't canned their chk1 this board would be very different today. There is a slight nervousness that all is not as well as it could be. If Sierra can answer some questions that lilly couldn't. Then its game on. TYK2 is the big one and IMO, isn't factored into the SP. So wait until tomorrow or fill your boots today. The LTH are in this for the long haul.

Yes but its a market. You can't sell for a profit if no one wants to buy. So they use various tricks to make a market. There is a good post somewhere on LSE that explains what the MMs get up to. Worth a read but as I said, they are a necessary evil. The only price I'm I'm bothered about is my buy price and my sell price. Everything in between is just noise.

If the MMs can't manipulate the price the punters see, they can't make a market! No one ever complains about prices when it's working in their favour. Just imagine we were at 28p and you wanted to sell. The MMs have got to convince someone else that the price is still moving up. They'd probably show your sell as a buy to make other think punters are still buying. Necessary evil I'm afraid.

I think Sierra will look to sell Sra737 so they can fund and concentrate on SRA141. Could be good news for us. Crystallised milestones with no risk but on the downside no royalties should it get to market. Pretty much convinced myself, especially after last week's chk1/chk2 news. Sierra shareholders have had a rough ride over the year. Worse than us. Giving some value back must be high on the agenda.

Whilst I would love 28p. I still think we'll be taken out before true value. I'm thinking 7p made up of crystalised chk1 milestones and a decent TYK2 upfront deal. IMO, we're just waiting for the catalyst to signal the start of everything to fall into place. Hopefully we get a good update on May 15th and maybe a bit of clarity regarding other chk1 compounds being pulled.

If we get a rise after the 15th. We'll get a good idea if they raise on the back of it then we'll know a milestone is still a fair way off. I think the last raise was tactical and on the low side because they are anticipating not needing another. This could only mean a milestone. The word funding is three because it was a pitch. Nothing is set in stone until the cash is in the bank.
