The NEDS have been engaged for regulatory reasons. Its all in the RNS. They are here to enable the deal. Not to broker the deal. Think of them as an energy certificate when you are trying to sell your house.

IMO, A buyout would have to at least crystslise the milestones so £80 million. I wouldn't want to vote for anything less. I'd hope that there is something in the SRI deal that allows for compensation for any royalties the we'd miss out on too.

don't we need to wait for the 10Q report? That should show that they are provisioning for a milestone payment. Today's news says they are still recruiting though. If we go on this, we might be looking at May.

Kind of agree Utar but the main thing we should take from this is big pharma are willing to pay billions of dollars for promising drugs. They paid 2 billion over the odds and that's all we néed to know.

Lucan. I suspect, based on the amount of the last placing, that they are privvy to more information than we are.

I guess, the board and most of us here are waiting for that CHK1 milestone RNS. This one small thing which we know has to come at some stage, will cement SARs future. It will give us funds to continue without further dilutions, it will strengthen our negotiating hand and put LTHs mind at ease. Happy to wait fur the big numbers if we get the milestone.

Aurora is a weird one for me. I honestly think they've shelved it. No need to say that though. Up for licence sounds much better. No point hitting the sp with a negative slant on it. If we do get a licence, it won't be for much.

Is the penny starting to drop regarding why the BMS deal was significant for SAR? Personally, I don't thing BMS will take our TYK2 but the deal makes our TYK2 hot property.

Any offer for SAR would have to crystallise CHK1 licenses at the very least plus compensate for TYK2 potential.
