This is only good news if you are new to VAL. LTH are sitting on huge losses. Also, I think the Covid bandwaggon is slowing down. The market doesn't seem to value these developments like they did a few weeks ago. a 30% rise for SAR would be very disappointing, IMO. So let's hope Tim and co can put some meat on the bones for our entry into the arena. Hopefully the BIO Digital presentation will show the pharma world what we have.

Probably a hint to others to say they need to be looking at proper treatments. Science and pharma and currently looking at the path of least resistance which is understandable given that people are still dying now but sooner or later, they will have to take a longer view at the issue.

Not on hold, Horse but probably delayed. I know whoever takes TYK2 is covered by a patent but I believe the deal would have been done by now if we had a specific patent for SDC-1801. Covid had probably added a bit more complexity. I'm still confident that we'll get something buy the deadline but it might not be what Tim initially envisaged.

Aber - the NED's are on board for regulatory reasons and to help get a deal. Think it was Thoth who said it but if an offer is made for the company. Tim and John aren't in a position to advise us the shareholders to accept\reject the offer. IMO they wouldn't still be around if they weren't needed to finalise a deal. Hi Roxbury. I like the difference of opinion. Thoth is a self proclaimed cheerleader and he has put his month where his mouth is and is a BIG holder. He knows his stuff and he knows the markets. Fadec is technical, both in the bio sector and market analysis. Then we have the likes of Hopkirk and Searle (think Searle is still invested.) They are the voice of caution. RMM, Stoney are great at finding research. There are multiple other posters here who make this board a great place and most of them are heavily invested so you are in good company.

Yep, If our compounds were outstanding, they would have been snapped up already. As it stands, They are preclinical and untested. Doesn't mean they won't be worth hundreds of millions in the future or We could still lose all of our money here. I'm happy with the risk.
