Don't know how long you've been around for 308 but this is pretty much standard for SAR. Unless there is something tangible that comes along, it will spike but it always settles around 0.7. Most shareholders are happy to hold around that level. Any more and we will get sellers any less and there will be buyers waiting. It's been like this for years. Not sure i've ever been in a share so predictable. You are correct though. We have one compound already taken with a potential £70mill of milestones still to come. Another, in partnership with a potential short term milestone of £900k and two more compounds that should be ready for P2 by the end of this year. We should be sitting higher than we are. We just need that little spark. I've a got a feeling it will all come at once which is fine by me.

'Held back' may be the wrong phrase but it certainly looks like position building, drip feeding it in and if so, once out of the way. The SP will be free to rise again.

What Thoth said :-) but lets have a published timeline. I might not understand the science and I have to be honest. I don't even know what the steps are to get TYK2 the end of preclinical. I and a few other here thought (because SAR told us last year) that 1801 would be ready for clinics by now. So why isn't it. I don't want to be in this same situation next year. Just tell us what is involved, if it changes because of a deal or an asteroid strike or something. Great, at least we know.

Honestly, for me. I would just like them to publish a road map they can stick too. I don't mean deals. I mean with TYK2 development. There are so many things out of their hands. SAR737, Aurora and not least deal making but they have the money now. Lets at least have a proper plan to get both to the end of preclinical and publish that plan and timescales to get there. This is what happen when you don't have a institution on board. There isn't anyone setting the agenda. So, Tim. If you do read these posts. Set the next 12 months out for us. You can leave out the bits that you can't control.

We know the compound is good. 10 out of 10 and all that. It means nothing if they can't make it soluble. The small upfront payment reflects the risk of a negative outcome here. Still not factored into the SP, IMO. It will be if they crack the solubility issues. :-) not holding my breath but it could be the dark horse at the back.

That made me laugh, London, :-) I always find it funny when people email Tim and ask him questions when any answer would clearly need an RNS. Then they come on here and say he didn't answer me. Well, yeah. Ask a different question and he might.

And if it isn't anywhere near good enough to be worth 6p there is going to be lot of disgruntled investors. Tim learnt the hard way about making predictions.

Thanks Fadec. That link is way way above my head :-) but the short answer is we don't know yet but if they are different enough. It will be fine. There is a serious side to this question and that is IMO, the 2 compounds are worth more separately, if a licensee has to licence one to protect the other. They won't want to pay the full value.

On the patent. if we got a patent granted for SDC-1801 Autoimmune. Would that cover the compound for Covid use? If 1801 ans 1802 went to different partners. What would stop the 1802 licencee using the JAK inhibitor bit to target Covid or any respiratory diseases. Does 1801\1802 inhibit JAK in the same patented way? I know people will say, it would make sense for someone to buy both but we split them for a reason. Would the 1801 licensee have to take 1802 to protect 1802? Might not be an issue. Just curious really.

I doubt enough of the PI's would sell up for someone to get 55% £50 millions and you might get some willing to part with their shares.

Tim's Presentation will be on demand so do expect it to be available at some point today? I don't think it will be much different that the last one. Maybe a bit more polished. I do think we need to get it out of the way before the ball starts rolling. That and the shares officially admitted to the market. Can see a little SP climb back to 0.7p this week on the back of it.

Big sells not big seeks.

I knew MTD hadn't been found. It wasn't that. Last years raise was to progress TYK2 to clinic. I don't mean a deal. We had the money and the time. So why aren't we there yet? Exactly what progress has been made on TYK2 since the last raise, which was For TYK2? We've had a couple of big seeks this week. Have we lost a LTH because of this?

Stoney - I've been thinking about this since the second RNS. The wording seems to be stating we aren't where I thought we were. Glad it isn't just me.

Ahfam I believe the same as you or I did. The RNS and interview made it sound like we had paused development and now we're picking it back up? I was thinking if we we're in negotiations then we probably would pause the preclinical development to save money but if either party walks away then we lost that time. It makes sense, and Tim eluded to the fact that we wouldn't pick the indications the other company would and they would develop the compound as they see fit. Covid has changed that. I do still think Covid is a bolt on though. A bit like a loss leader in a supermarket. The compounds ultimate development and use will be in the wider autoimmune arena.

I'm probably known on here for giving SAR the benefit of doubt. I'm very rarely negative about them. I'm ok with the raise and the reasons that were initially given in the first RNS. But in the subsequent RNS and interview. SAR and Tim seems to have completely disregard the last 12 months and it feels like we haven't progressed at all. I'm sure when Tim said value in 12 months he meant it and was confident about meeting the deadline so something has changed. I did buy 200k more shares @0.59 to protect me from the dilution but it was peanuts compared to some holders. Last year, I set myself a deadline of the end of 2020 where I will reevaluate my holding. I'm hoping Tim comes up with something much sooner than that. I have a feeling that he will and it won't be far off. Let me be clear though. I will hold for as long as it takes but they have to give me something to hold for. This has to be the last time they come to us for money. FWIW. I do think this is the last raise us LTH will see.
