I think what investors really should be asking is what does work for 5 months x2 cost? You have your deal size then. as an example, it would cost £140k to have two consultants for 5 months in my company. Personally, I thought it was reckless of the directors to come out with that statement. I didn't buy in but will if it drops more. Also happy for it to rise for you guys.

I don't think there is any doubt that SRA737 can be progressed further. I'm not worried about it. It will happen when it happens and personally I would rather SAR concentrate on TYK2 and getting it packaged up for licencing.

Forget about SAR we have no control over what happens. And do you really believe ICR are doing nothing? Of they aren't but there goal isn't profit, it is to find treatments for cancer. They will do the right thing in that context.

Yep but no. SAR won't even be sat at the (virtual) negotiating table. We have no control over what happens. Which in the context of mental well being means it is probably pointless speculating about it here. It passes the time though. :-)

Don't know about informed. We're just guessing. Sierra have spent a fair bit of money on 737. I can't see them giving it up if they can negotiate a way out of it. This might be wishful thinking but what if it was SAR that is the holdup? What would need to happen if we put our assets up for sale? Anyone wanting to takeover would have to be negotiating with at least 4 different organisations so a mutually accepted date for the deal can be set.

Yep, nice post, RMM. That is what I am thinking. It's easier and more cost effective for Sierra not to give it back they could push all the financial commitments onto the other party. Still think if the data is good. They wont give it back. It will cost them more to give it back than to on licence or sell on. The only way we will get it back is if the data is lacklustre and we don't want that. I'm starting to think that SRA737 is part of a bigger picture were not seeing. Don't ask me what. I don't know.

If the data is good. Sierra won't want to give it back. IMO, with them wiping it clean from the website they are looking to sell it on rather than licence. The proceeds will help with funding momwhatever.

Its become an expensive asset. Whoever takes it on has a potential £300 mil in milestones to pay out plus whatever Sierra want to stick on for their trouble. The price might be £500 million or more.

Again. I'm not sure Tim can do anything about this. Other than an economic interest in SRA737. We have no control. Better for Tim to be spending his time on getting TYK2 to the end of pre clinical which I really hope is underway.
