Aurora FLT3 - the 9 month clock is steadily ticking down. Timing of the deal and links of FTL3 to Covid are difficult to ignore.
SRA7373 - News can't be far away, I mean soon, next week or 2? a 5 million milestone for a small cap worth 17 million would be huge news for the AIM herd. PYC soared past 20p from 1p on 500k!
TYK2 - too much to list. Possibly 3p on announcement of good progress (grant\licence).

In honour of Thoth's G&T inspired post the other day and because its Friday. I'm not going give my opinions why SAR do or don't do things. Get your tenuous links in and maybe some conspiracy. Lets see where this goes. :-)

We can speculate all we want but we'll just have to sit this one out. Tim and SAR's hands are tied here. We're only have 27% control. I'm not sure that SAR will know any more than we do right now.

Also, in regard of 737. We may have to resign ourselves that it isn't as good as what NG was making it it was all along. If it was, then surely they would have had no trouble in finding a partner. The least I would expect is a licence on the same terms but that will depend what the data looks like, IMO. I don't think we'll have long to wait.

RMM - I agree but we are not the main player in the 737 thing. Even if SAR wanted to take the initiative, we probably can't.

I always say. There is no moral high ground to take when investing. Without punters buying spikes the lucky few can't sell on the spike. Timing is everything in AIM. If I get 10p and i've been around for 10 years and you've been here since yesterday you get 10p. Honestly, who cares?

Pharma's don't find deals from the media. The Pharma's know who SAR are. There is obviously something stopping them doing the deal. Data, Patents, risk, cost or whatever. Also it's doesn't matter how many investors we attract. The market collectively says what the value is.

We now know that Dexamethasone can and does save 1 in 8 lives of critically ill Covid patients. We also have data that shows Sareum's TYK2 is tolerated well when used as a combo. The potential to use SRA1801 in Combo with Dexamethasone is there. We still need to get SRA1801 into clinics to test if it shows efficacy in Covid. That's is really. Good news but a long way to go.

Iamhappy - 100% agree. If SRA1801 is best in class for Covid it will get there but it is just one compound in a list of hundreds that may be able to target Covid. Lets not devalue the compound by going for an easy but temporary win. SRA1801 could be a blockbuster regardless of Covid. By all means use Covid to fast track through P1 but the end game is someone taking 1801 for autoimmune and the massive market that brings. If I were looking at SAR for the first time, i'd be put off by the most recent posts here. Why would you invest in a company that needs the help of PI's successful mates or PI's contacting the media! I tell you, AIM trading does weird things to someone. If you backed a horse and it lost. Would you email the trainer and tell them how to train their horses?

Any of our resident experts with trial experience want to chip in? IMO there will be loads of drugs that have been trailed with dex because it is standard care and unless our data shows some sort or synergy with dex we should just treat this as a way into the trials. I'm sure Tim and John do know the link and I hope it is being worked into grant to trial applications.

I'm kind of in two minds about it. I don't think we should get too excited. All our data shows is our TYK2 was tolerated well when used in combo with dex. How you get that in without appearing to jump on the bandwaggon is tricky. There are 300 drugs being investigated. If we're lucky this data might bump ours up the queue a bit and we don't even know if our TYK2 is on the list of the 300 yet or how many other of the drugs have been used in combo with dex, quite a few I would imagine.

I wouldn't get too excited yet. Its a great find and great potential. They would have use dexamethasone it the TYK2 trial because its 'standard care'. We have data to show our TYK2 is tolerable with dexamethasone. It's not a magic bullet yet but surely a way to fast track 1801into trials. I hope SAR are taking this opportunity.

Bighow - did you remember this RNS or find it with a Google search? Either way, good find. Surely SAR have been talking with the Recovery trial guys about this research? This could really fast track our TYK2.

It feels like a coiled spring without technical analysis. Just feels like something is brewing. Could be more of the same old poo but i'm thinking its good. The placing is done and we await news on multiple fronts.
