Nothing wrong with selling on a few spikes, but SH rely on the BOD to build long term value. There has been TWO 125 to 1 share consolidations to my knowledge and the spend raise cycle continues and we need an end to that.
The market has changed IMO results are king. Surely you cant be happy regarding the dealings and handling of 201? it is the crown jewels of this business and SH are still in the dark.

Lets see what they do to change things but don't direct your anger at me, nothing said here makes a blinding difference frankly. What materially affects the SP is what the BOD do and moreover attracting funds to invest - that's the big key here, a decent fund backing this would materially change the SP position.

Yes, you got me on that one, it wasn't before XMAS it was 13th Jan 3 weeks later.

Look guys, i said before come July IF they set out the forward plans and its credible and the placing respectable I will give it another go in July and get behind them BUT my gut feeling is nothing is going to change. This needs someone like Adam to get on board and drive this frankly.

I think Suzy is passionate about science and the business needs her BUT not as CEO. This is not her comfort zone, She lacks any commercial acumen IMO, brilliant scientist without doubt. IMO 100% of her time should be on the sciences and not negotiating commercial deals and I'm yet to be proved wrong...

Lets see how events unfold...

This is a business at the end of the day, they were not suggesting an equity placement just for fun? they have a requirement - don't get why some want to keep heads in the sand.

Perhaps you need another P&D here, remember that one a year ago where it was some expert twitter account where he had a list of funds that were making up this massive placing schedule for THX and it was all sorted and people got sucked into buying? Meanwhile radio silence from the BOD on progress back then.

Fun sponge or not, this will take time and more cash as it stands as i see it. As for expecting an RNS just because its valentines day, give me strength, they will update with news ONLY when they have something to report and its in line with stock market protocol. The RNS news platform is not a PR machine.

Come end of June they will seek a placing because to prove they are a valid ongoing concern they will need to demonstrate at least 12 months working capital cash runway from the start of H2. Stella has already alluded to the forward cash runway being bolstered for this reason hence the resolution 4 that was withdrawn.

Shareholders will approve the deal then as there will be no alternative IMO but the BOD will need to make clear the forward plans to at least maintain the support of Adam.

The ONLY thing that can change that outcome is if the £1.3m lands from THX between now and the end of June BUT sorry i just don't think that is likely but benefit of the doubt and all that... lets see what they deliver.

LSE doesn't always record the buys/sells correctly. You will probably find that both the large orders were sells on Friday but worked in during the day hence why it closed down.

I would suspect that Nick is closing out his position all together. He had 2.1m holding left. just under the 3% declaration limit so would drip feed it into buys to get the best exit rate. It won't cause an issue, time to worry is if Adam starts offloading stock.

But the BOD having lost one key supporter need to focus now on driving this forward

Can Anyone closely following this stock, explain what that is exactly? He has just shy of 100m in issue - what are DTR - can these be drawn down on top of existing authority ?

I respect that. Ok I have probably been strong on opinion and I genuinely don’t want to upset or cause friction. I apologise for that. sorry. I will shut up now, we have explored it to death anyhow as discussed last week.

Tell you what I will do, let’s see how they perform in H1, if they need support come July and the plans are compelling I will get on board and join the ramping club - can’t say fairer than that. BUT they need to prove they can do it and stop making such stupid commercial errors.

Fair point, but its not that i ignore the science as such its the fact that i am losing confidence in the existing boards ability to do the right deals. The 201 situation is especially shocking but it could be that they were the only option, IDK but I'm fast of the opinion that whilst we all love Suzy she is a superb scientist and couldn't be more passionate about the science she is not a strong CEO or negotiator and that situation needs to change.

They have a window now in H1 to show what they can deliver, lets see what they do and i look forward to the forward plans.

I'm not getting into a willy waving competition to see which of us can pee higher up the wall. You are going to have to take my word for it that i have made some good returns from trading. Some crap ones as well. But anyone with a 100% return record on every penny share they buy is a total liar - you win some you lose some. On this specific play i have actually made some bloody good money. Luck/Judgement call it what you like but it is what it is.

You can’t seriously be picking off adhock twitter posts from two years back on a covid stock NYCT where the CEO later proved to be hiding from the market the truth of what later turned out to be a major legal case with the DHSC? Come on. Nobody saw that coming it was hidden from the mere shareholder.

What it does prove however, is that small shareholders are not on a level playing field with the directors of these companies. Another case where the BOD had next to zero skin in the game and investors did not have full facts.

Don’t attack me because you don’t like the points I’ve made, prove me wrong. Let’s see where we are in July.

It is the BOD and only the BOD that can build value prove the concept and set out clear forward planning.

Look I don’t want anyone to lose anything. Quite the opposite. You could argue I have brought a balanced debate and helped someone of less financial means to evaluate this investment opportunity fully before delving in head first and putting capital at risk.

It is not a given that THX will come through with the £1.3m in H1, it is nots a given that the tCRO plan will cover costs in 2024. The BOD have made it clear at the Q&A and it’s in the CENKOS report that the lab is NOT forecast to deliver any revenue in 2023 - FACT, I repeat again, it’s going to take time.

So assuming the above is the case, Stella confirmed she will want at least a 12 mth runway from H2 hence why Res 4 was initially proposed and SH got them to pull for now, so do pray tell me where the income will come from to support operations?

Granted the £1.3m 201 money could land in H1 but that is a gamble not a sound investment reason for buying that’s all I’m saying.

Again, see what they actually deliver in H1, the forward plans and go from there. As it stands there is also far too much stock overhang at this level that needs to clearing as I see it.

1. There is a strong possibility I will support this business going into H2 if forward plans at that point are clear.
2. From a financial aspect ONLY, now is not the time to be buying this stock knowing a further placing is HIGHLY likely going into H2. The business can’t run without capital. I know you don’t want to hear that but it’s my view. It’s business driven not emotion driven.
3. I am of the firm opinion I will be able to buy here at 4-5p in July

I think the BOD have a window in H1 to build on the plans, make changes, restore confidence and I await to see that. I don’t believe that 201 will get funded in that time frame but they could prove me wrong.

Let’s see how they perform in H1, it’s a long term play, there is no hurry

The SP is what you want it to be @PM20222 not reality of what it’s worth. Unless 201 money lands there is ZeRO revenue in the 2023 FY. I repeat ZERO revenue. This means come H2 they will need a further placing to cover the current business plan costs with the new tCRO model.

That’s not a criticism it’s reality. The current plan is going to take time and more cash to position. I don’t expect THX to come through in H1 hence they will need our further support. I hope I’m proved wrong and they do but I just don’t see it.

As for the two transactions yesterday, if it were two big buys of 70k the SP would be up massively. Likewise if it were two big sells of same we would be down massively. It’s a contra trade, end of.

Regarding the trade, agree total contra entry as its the exact number of shares. SP didn't change either way.
IF it is a T20 roll over it makes sense. Gives them 20 days for £700 cost. If they were in the placing they are down circa £8k but if we get a bounce from here 10% they can recover it. Gambling game really but each to their own.

Trust you are keeping well.
You are a top guy, you invest from the heart and i fully respect that, we all have our own investment styles. Its criminal the way the BOD have treated Shareholders but lets hope they turn things around during H1, the business really doesn't deserve your long term loyalty.
I might give it a push after the AGM going into H2 if the entry price is right and they can demonstrate plans with a clear line to breakeven and then profitability. There has to be an end to this constant raise, dilute and spend cycle for me and i want to see that.

O/T: Still at least price of gold holding up nice at 1557 :) Meanwhile, Intend to get out to the dirty pond more this year as soon as the weather picks up, because i mentioned to you my dodgy hip @Ice thinks i'm waiting on an NHS hip replacement, lol. I'm not, i had it sorted a few years back but when your out lakeside early morning the cold gets right into the metal, so its fair weather only fishing for me now. Told you, the wheels on the trolly start wobbling as you get older lol.

In my heart i actually like this company and what it could do with the right support but my brain is saying avoid for now as this is not the time. Management changes required and i just know it will need a cash call. When i do make a move you will know about it. I think they will need that support going onto H2 but lets see.
For now it remains on my watch list.
