either thx got funded last week or they didn’t. my call is they didn’t and still won’t complete. there is zero chance of £1.3m landing in vals account in the next 8 weeks hence, 100% likely they need to call on shareholders.

so all that’s left is getting a placing sorted. if 10p holds then placing at 4p shortly possible. that’s all there is too it.

I am more than most qualified to know ramping when i see it.

@PM2022 and @patientInvestor and @freddleboy have all been absolutely complicit with relentless ramping the back end out of this 24/7.

I at least bring some balance to this forum and i go off the actions of the board, history, fundamentals, market conditions and what is proven in the market.

With less than 12 weeks cash runway left, Suzy can ONLY be bullish, its her ONLY option otherwise its lights out at the turn of the year.

The tweets on Monday and everything else were just pure 100% ramps, no substance what so ever, RNS tomorrow then nothing, RNS day after still nothing, now RNS end of month.... its ridiculous.

Clearly you can fool some of the people some of the time. I just feel sorry for those sucked in at these levels, when that placing gets confirmed the Share Price will be 4p - absolutely convinced.

The reality is that the business has a £2.4m cash burn and no revenue excepting a three month undeclared lab contract and its been this way for years. 15 placing issues, 5 under Suzy and a 6th about to land at 4p. Three 125:1 share consolidations.

Yet despite the massive pump in the SP you still want it above the earlier placing levels when the Biotech sector was better. Suzy needs this placing money NOW, as i say you can pump for so long there has to ultimately be some delivery.

The baseless ramping has rallied the SP to this eye watering level, fair play to you. You and the ramping team have been brilliant but ultimately fundamentals have to shine through.

But, look at this as a positive as a result of your work, Suzy should now be able to get the discounted placing away. Had this event not happened that was deffo at risk. If this level holds she should get the 20m placed at 4p. Let’s see what she secures.

You are however emotionally involved, this is business, Suzy is running a business not a charity, she has staff wages to consider and can’t risk them not in jobs at the turn of the year. So frankly consider as a result of your work jobs have potentially been saved.

it’s all very well posting your point to try and discredit me, but think about this:-

where is the evidence, point me to the evidence.no rns landed so we know for certain the tweet was utter ******, everything else is pure pump and hype, punters have been busy buying “the emperors new clothes” at silly prices.

it’s all big and clever to say “well suzy says it’s a done deal” but what else can she say? she has to be mega bullish they have less than 12 weeks of cash runway left for pete’s sake. she needs to get the placing done but as i say, the good news it’s looking better for her. i genuinely think the 20m headway can be secured at 4p for £800k which is a better position that a few days ago.

meanwhile can this sp hold, we will soon find out, traders will take what profits they can, two days of massive upward movement, markets were down again today, you would be a fool to leave those sort of gains on the table in this market that’s for sure but each to their own.

I know shocking isn't it, they struggled to get the placing away at 10p and now some total clown with more money than sense got tricked into buying some above the placing level on nothing more than ramp and pump to go on.

No RNS today proved to me it’s a total hype bubble, had THX secured finance we would know about it. But speculation is more powerful on AIM than reality gives punters chance to play the Casino.

Question is at what point does it retrace back to 5p, very shortly I suspect when more catch on there is no substance to this and worse company out of cash end of the year.

But as I say does give Suzy window to get the placing done.

IF we are to believe the tweet from Patrick Frankham was genuine and that they secured funding then we would see an RNS at open confirming same. SH have been waiting over two years that is not information you withhold its a material fact, it has already had an impact on the Share Price by +34% Monday and its totally declarable IF true.

At the moment the jury is out of this is a pure pump attempt or not. If its a pump attempt the SP will come crashing down at the same rate it went up with last one out holding the baby, which is the case during the last five spikes.

Eitherway, my flag remains firmly in the sand that VAL will place the 20m headway shares at 4p to secure £800k of additional cash from shareholders. IF the SP can spike here a bit more it will help get it away at 50% to 60% discount which is the going rate. A 10p share price should guarantee a 4p placing.

But each to own, let’s see the £1.3m land in VALs account first, let’s see if they get the placing cash sorted and go from there. As it stands it’s hype without substance.

If THX got the funding, we will see an RNS at open then we can see how much they got and when/ if they get funded to start trials.

If that doesn't happen the SP will fall like a brick so don’t be so smug
