But groups are put together via telegraph to attempt co-ordinated ramps and I have actually this morning put my case to LSE to identifying the group here so will be interesting to see what action is taken.

First of all THX funding concluded rumours via tweets which turned out to be utter nonsense and a week later no RNS and then this stateside merge nonsense which conveniently has a 30 to 45 day evaluation on it to give the SP one last squeeze before the placing.

Are both PYC and VAL competing to see which one can be the worst lifestyle business? It’s ridiculous. Let me qualify what I’m saying further:-

Neither Suzy at VAL or Jim at PYC at times illustrate they have any commercial acumen. It’s like, we can do science, we are academics but bloody clueless when it comes to building a business through to profitability and continue with exponential growth. That’s fine if those skills are on your board but in both cases it’s not, so they remain oblivious, keep doing the same things and expect a different outcome. Madness.

1. Jim should NOT have under any circumstances carried out all the financial modelling work on 201 at VAL for free. Even If he had charged VAL discounted rates and completed the work at £50k a year that’s 3 times £50k or £150k lost income to PYC he hasn’t got. But worse than that, in doing so Jim totally devalues the service PYC offer by doing free work.it makes his offering look cheap / not valued. But that work is not free is it, whilst Jim and team were modelling 201 they were not doing other possibly paid work, further just to rub salt in it is the SH paying for this decision as our invested cash has gone on that poor decision rather than supporting expansion. This is what I refer to as making commercial decisions that benefit the business. PYC are a business not a charity.

2. Meanwhile over on the VAL side if they really have something that will deliver £100m to PYC, I might start flying, why would they give that up for £50k? Let’s say it was worth 1% of that ridiculous figure £1m you still wouldn’t give up for £50ks would you. It’s not a great commercial decision.

So my conclusion is both listed business have a big element of academic strategy but zero commercial acumen which is why both are in the mess they are in.

If you go to ANY University in the U.K. you see it all the time, they learn that money floods in for free from the tax payer and deliver ethos but have zero skills in many cases how to be commercial because they have never needed to be. Over at VAL they don’t know what an invoice is, both Jim and Suzy carry on in the business world just like when they were when at University only now rather than rely on tax payer funding, it comes via shareholder funding and it’s equally unvalued in the same way.

EGM and Placing First, everything else much much later and most likely not at all. It’s just a dam shame for anyone suckered in. They will take a big hit here, make no mistake and in a VERY short window.

The business is out of cash runway turn of the year, kind of a key fact the rampers don’t want to discuss here

It’s all very good and well the five main rampers here feeding a hype bubble for your own greed to get out , but think about others will you. It’s a disgrace frankly.

After more than two years for THX trying to raise capital nothing has changed and even with starting a new shell with EDUA it’s still no different. No guarantee the new shell, if it happens can then go on to raise capital and that would take time. Longer than the window left for VAL before they run out of cash. You are talking months.

Also, Just to put some perspective on the rampers claims, a phase 2 trial is on average over £26 million then you need further phases 3 after that so this is not some online loan application, you are talking a major placing for a new company and to start that next month as a new legal entity will take significant time especially if they start a new company shell 7/11 after the 30 day period.

Discounted placing here first at a couple of pence is the only option. I’m just waiting for the EGM date to be confirmed. She has to give 15 days notice

Don’t be suckered in by what the rampers here post DYOR, the SP is now higher than the Jan placing on a hype bubble with just a few weeks left to trade

Don’t worry, you will soon be able to support the placing at a couple of pence. If you think THX are going to give them 5 months more cash runway before VAL call the EGM for resolutions for the placing you are deluded.

Actually I do care. I hate the way this opportunity is being wasted by this BOD. I positively detest it because I can see exactly what they are doing. Changes to this BOD can’t come soon enough they really can’t. Until then @OB we need to put up with this utter nonsense. Look at it as a period of storm before it’s sorted and that time will come.

Let’s put it another way, IMO no way will Adam tolerate a discounted placing with the BOD remaining as it is. An utterly nice guy but Jeeze the BOD have completely had him over from my perspective, how much can he take before he acts?. The situation here is nothing short of a shambles.

It’s a COMMERCIAL business not a charity. Further it’s now a lifestyle start up lab business you are investing into. Totally different entity to two years back and the BOD have taken the business in this direction.

Investor placing cash now needs to come in and that event will happen/ be attempted BEFORE cash from THX. I’m now awaiting the EGM request once VAL have decided with Turner Pope what they might get support for.

I stand by £800k at 4p although not so sure now could be 3-4p. if they want £2m I think 1p-2p Max likely. SH will agree as no alternative.

Rampers won’t like my post but it’s how it is, look around you at the wider market

I like this business but its totally misleading of you to imply in any shape or form that PYC will get £6m, Jeeze, think about it, IF VAL were going to pay £6m to PYC it would be cheaper to buy the entire company. You are posting total BS. for one thing VAL don't have a pot to pee in and will shortly need a SH placing and for another THX who have been trying to raise money for over two years and still haven't also dont have a pot top pee in.

Traders can do well, if they brought at 5.5 and 5.7 last week, that’s why it’s a traders share , great profits made but at this bloated level? . But it’s only a profit if taken, get greedy and an RNS requesting EGM lands and SP opens at 2p your gains are gone in seconds.

i have told you, suzy has no option but to remain ultra bullish to the end. and frankly i hate all this tweeting ******, i wasn’t impressed a few weeks back when suzy tweeted “good news” allowing sh to think it was a sign funding had been completed to later find, it was a reference to the euro grant fund opening and she has “forgot to add the link”. joke. plus all these “unconcerned” messages which again suckered some in at share prices highs. not on frankly.

then we get monday’s patric tweet implying finance done, then no confirmation follows, a one page template put up that a five year old could do for £2.50 and imo these were specific ramps. they were ramps designed to pump the sp up whilst suzy seeks ways to get the placing done at a better price. no way in a million light years will cash come from thx before placing cash is called for.it won’t happen but only a few weeks left anyhow until cash runway runs out so rns inviting sh for egm expected soon.

the actual fact here is that these ramps could be interpreted as a positive signs and in doing so worked and were designed to sucker people in. having seen this so many times before, i really am not buying it and i expect better.

IF finances had been raised on Monday, VAL are duty bound to tell us, it’s material, where’s the RNS? It’s Friday tomorrow. It was total BS. Nothing has been raised what so ever nor will it be.

FACT is nothing has changed other than a massive hype and ramp created out of pure nothingness. Punters will catch on, they won’t wait around and get caught out when the EGM request email lands asking for support for the discounted placing. They will be out quicker than rats on a sinking ship.

No News is No News, clearly THX did not get funded on Monday as the RNS would have landed its a material fact. But i already knew that. Rest of market catching on. I expect retrace here to 7p by Friday and then down to 4p on the placing news. The odds of £1.3m landing from THX before the placing cash i put at ZERO.

The ramp is designed so that the SP can uplift to get the placing away before cash runs out shortly

At the current SP hopefully Suzy can get the 20m head room shares offloaded at 4p and bring £800k in.

Because due to the constant commercial errors by the board and dire handling of 201 i consider the mcap to be bloated to an unrealistic value. We are talking an mcap of £11m and based on where they are, with the assets they have at the stages they are at, and the amount of more cash and time required to position this from here, the business is not worth a fraction of that value. Hence why the BOD wont buy shares.

This is a totally different business today than two years back, its now a lifestyle lab start up business. That is not what i originally invested into. Suzy and Kevin have taken it in this direction.

Answers to your points:-

1. Yes, i took a decent profit. At height i owned 1.75m at average of 18p. I sold 350,000at circa 45p and 1m at 38p i held 400,000 for a long time after and watched that melt away as i was to stupid not to sell earlier. Those 400,000 were sold half first and then later. something like 11p and 9p. Not that its any ones business but that was how it was.

2. Because i did lots of research and follow the stock closely. The whole point of a forum should be to debate. I still comment on others stocks and discuss out side forum on other investments including some non listed plays. I also like PM but that's something else. I have a fair exposure to Gold currently.

3. No interest in Buying in at ANY level without Board Changes. This play needs material changes on the Board, totally done with their spin and non delivery, Stella and her lack of confidence and "Gerald Ratner" Moment, Gerry residing over both crashes and still on the board, Suzy doing ridiculous deals THX and Cenkos warrants the worst ones, handling of 201an absolute travesty, Kevin having the brass balls to take a £17k bonus when they didn't deliver and needed more SH Cash and finally Martin who is as useful as a chocolate tea pot and finally outside the board the sales guy that has delivered exactly zero sales in 15 years - whole BOD needs a total shake up. I live in hope that ultimately we will get that and then, only then with some direction changes and cash burn reduction will this become an investable play. IMO the BOD have practically killed the business, that's how i see it.

Ps. I’m glad you got on the other side of the Big C, Everyone but everyone is affected in some way, we all have loved ones, relations and friends lost, that’s not in doubt.

But VAL is a business let’s not mistake that, it is not a charity, it has directors drawing big salaries and bonuses, it’s made horrendous decisions with investor cash, easy come, easy go, your money is not going on cures, it’s now building a lab of which there are zillions all over Europe and worldwide vast bulk loss making or just ticking over., its paying bonuses, £17k to Kevin, paying Suzy £160k a year, the money is not imo well managed or spent, I could go on. Handling of 201 is a total travesty, it’s been on the shelf gathering dust for years now.

The business needs a complete BOD change and significant cut to cash burn and a re-direction to the things that matter, not vanity projects.
