But for some reason I can't stop laughing that two days earlier it was a "double Top Formation" which meant imminent doom was before us and the SP was going to crash to £ 5 and now we are in a "Reverse Wedge Formation" which is great news as it means the SP is going to rocket to £ 24.

I will obviously champion the Reverse Wedge formation, being a bull or Pig rather but I'm tempted to try reading tea leaves again tonight just to check the accuracy of the chartists latest prediction :)

It takes time to build a business, albeit Novacyt have moved at an incredible pace BUT we live in an instant world
It takes time for governments to sign off deals but traders need to know now
When the SP falls the boards flood with shorter's and doomsters advocating further share price falls and carnage
When the SP rises these posters vanish and Joy returns to the board
It surprises me that some people don't do their own research but then again, I have seen people swamp start ups on crowdcube with thousands in investment capital with absolutely zero chance of a return. It's just how it is.
If you have carried out research here it reduces your risk factor significantly imo.
Our time will come here soon, but if its to hot in the kitchen, i totally agree you should leave.

I know talk about the chinese saw us coming. Buy a shipment of cheap nasty innova tests and then have to award BA and virgin massive contracts to fly the junk back to the UK. Those tests will end up in landfill imo.

I agree with you 100%, words just fail me. The only bonus was there was a stop on LFT use in care homes, took some time to happen but thank goodness common sense did prevail..

I could go on but i wont bother, don't think its a serious question just a plug for another rainbow stock

In line with various other deals frankly where the bid is at a 40% to 45% premium to the close.
In this case 147 USD close Offer 220 USD 200 cash and 20 in stock
That's why we are a sitting duck whilst our SP dances around these pathetic levels.

Sure, I do agree, it’s a business they are building and they need to crack on. Let’s see how the next couple of weeks go but if they can’t get recognition on AIM any time soon then I do think suggesting a move to Nasdaq would be beneficial, if nothing else it would remove two lots of regs and two languages

What we can't see from that list is that Fidelity have entered the bottom of the table with 19,900 odd of shares loaded in the last few days which imo is a building block.
We all know the size and reach of Fidelity, its another Black Rock.

We desperately need a re-rating just to bring us in line with our peers.
The current situation is at best farcical. Its how long it goes on for?
As for shorters, going short on this business with a PE less than x3 is bloody ridiculous.
Forecast over 320m revenue this next twelve months without government contracts - you couldn't make it up. They are delivering real results.
If the position doesn't change real soon we are a sitting duck for a take over imo.

I don't know for sure but i think it was along the lines that like a lot of UK businesses they struggled to get support with an initial placing. The bourse took them on and then they added the AIM listing to further increase liquidity.
Now they are on they are on the French index its actually harder to raise capital due to being there!

Fortunately, they don't need capital as they are debt free and have a war chest to expand however, my personal view is that if they try to take over a reasonable sized bio it would be harder with a low market cap as it could be expensive in relation to where they are as they are not properly recognised. Also, depending on who it is/ deal size they may need a debt vehicle?

Will see how the next week or so unfolds but, I will contact again to suggest a move to the Nasdaq if others here agree with the thought process?. For one thing it would eliminate two lots of regs and having to write updates in french But mainly i think the increased liquidity not to mention brand awareness stateside being on the US market could do the business the power of good.
