Interesting that they should post this.

I think sometimes we are so obsessed with our UK position and outlook for Novacyt supporting the UK that we forget how big the entire world market is. Canada has a population of 38 million which is fairly significant.
Clearly another market in need of support to identify variants.

It was interesting to note that Share Buyers have posted a twitter comment on their feed that they are interviewing Novacyt to discuss forward trading:-

Again this is more PR which when published hopefully in the next few days, will provide us all with further details regarding the companies forward projections and plans and a further boost.

After the car crash forward statement in the TU where we were all left wondering what the outlook was like, they later confirmed with the house broker SP Angel they expected to deliver north of £ 173m EBITDA in 2021:-

Share buyers have been very pro Novacyt in the past so I'm hoping they will continue their buy / add stance.

This is the main challenge that we face.

The south African, Bristol and Brazil ones are of the most concern. The worry being that the vaccine doesn't give sufficient protection. This is why they have been doing door to door PCR testing in order to try and clamp down and stop the further spread of these specific variants.

The release of the SNPsig portfolio is now becoming more significant to help us stay ahead and know exactly what we are dealing with. Again Novacyt are ahead of the curve.

A number of Share Holders including myself, had contacted GM and asked if they would significantly improve PR, I also suggested some videos about the company to provide Share Holders and other interested parties with more insight into the company and how they operate.

PR has been something of massive concern, i was personally frustrated like many here that Novacyt were first to bring a PCR test to the market and first to bring a multi variant test to the market yet not enough people knew that. They needed to start broadcasting how great they are from the roof tops. Meanwhile, certain MPs were shouting the benefits of competitors, one was a German firm with a lesser product and we didn't even get a mention.

His reply at the time was along the lines of they had learnt lessons from the recent issues and would address PR but the focus remained clearly on delivering results.

It's therefore very refreshing to see this Nova Talk event. It not only creates massive spin off publicity worldwide but also puts them at the top table discussing alongside the most influential and connected experts in the world. This event is a real positive.

Meanwhile, the production company also mentioned on Monday they were completing the editing on some promotional videos which they will release shortly so this is something else we can expect. The company is listening.

These are my thoughts, take with pinch of salt as its only my opinion....
We will break £ 54 SP Within a few weeks of the July H1 results coming out.... after the market has absorbed.
Two factors that will seal the deal from my perspective and result in the re-rating:-
1. DHSC P2 confirmed OR a similar Order stateside where i believe we are yet to make real impact
2. An acquisition of any kind that will show continued revenues
But as i say others have different ideas,

which as i say is sitting on the £54 SP line.

Thanks, It's a tough call when others around you are selling and posters come here telling you to sell. But good detailed research will always see through. The stock remains materially undervalued.

When this share breaks £ 54 I will be a HERO here to some, meanwhile I'm considered a ramping nutcase by others until it does. I no longer care, I'm only interested in my own portfolio and i know a great business when i see one.
But I accept that there is a fine line between genius and insanity !!

Meanwhile, fact is they are delivering more profits than ASOS which is the top business on the AIM index

Ultimately that has to be recognised and is another reason why i remain so bullish

Sorry Kaeren but you have it all wrong:-
Its a reverse wedge formation with handle after a declining top with a reverse trajectory pattern - its so obvious.
This is all pointing to a mid star at circa £ 54 level.

My last top up was at 8.45 and others were in the high 8s and high 9s going all the way up to 11.35
Still you need to be in it to win it..... Anyway anything sub £10 is going to look cheap when i reach my targets....

Its been a battle here frankly...
Still a long way for the SP to go but at least a start.
If the P2 does land it will provide the long term revenues they require and a re-rating imo.

I am significantly invested here and remain very very bullish. So I'm setting out my stall for you on that basis and you need to know that i have a vested interest in the business continuing to do well.

You need to ignore 80% of what is posted here, there are only a handful here that have carried out any proper research.
With the share price down this board also attracts shorters, derampers and posters with alternative objectives, so be very careful.

As Wilson63 mentioned a good place to start is the RNS updates. This is a business being build on solid foundations. The CEO of the company does not hype. He is building a world class diagnostics group of substance. They have strengthened the exec team for mid cap status and have an established network supplying 130 countries with 550 different products.

The broker forecasts are also worth reading there are two Numis and SP Angel:-

Part of the company strategy is to acquire other related diagnostics businesses, this is NOT just a covid play despite strong revenues from this area. The business is delivering real results. You will see that by 2024 they will have a war chest north of 443m. Meanwhile the market cap today is a mere £ 530m which is a joke frankly.

IMO for the share price to fall anymore on an already materially undervalued and oversold position, would be quite something but AIM is volatile and shareholders fickle so who knows.

In fact, considering the business is delivering, actually delivering more profits than the number one company on the AIM index, ASOS i.e Novacyt 171m and ASOS 151m and same this year, i find it quite staggering that the SP has fallen this low but as i say i'm bullish so DYOR.

The cash at bank figure alone by 2024 is now almost as much as the market cap!!! The stock is materially undervalued and oversold. Whilst retail have been selling the II have been increasing their positions - FACT. Now is actually the time to buy and ADD not sell at discount.

The worldwide outlook for diagnostics is a steady increase through to 2027. Many Retail are just NOT doing their research, if they did they would see the prospects for Novacyt are huge. This is NOT just about Covid as Novacyt is NOT just a covid stock. They have ground breaking technology and are ahead of the curve. A business is being built on solid foundations, with a solid exec team and NOT built on hype.

It's a real shame that despite our market cap being as low as it is some new posters here are hell bent on visiting this board to do everything possible to encourage holders to sell, possibly to support short positions, maybe to try and talk the price lower, or maybe they are just plain Sad? who knows - Just don't get drawn in.

You have to ask yourself why anyone would spend hours posting here unless they had a financial vested interest in doing so.?

If they haven't , then you need to question about care in the community? clearly these people have some kind of mental problems if they are spending hours on boards just telling you what a cr@p business Novacyt is and why you need to sell and sell now, with so many posts and so much effort.

Just remember the business is absolutely sound, its a market leader in its class and they are continuing to deliver real results. Share holders are fickle and will sell on sentiment and that's why de-rampers come here to feed on that.

If your portfolio value is down, just remember its a paper loss. Its only a real loss if you cash out, don't materialise that loss. Just as investors are rushing to the next dream the tide can and does turn very quickly in this game and this share can bounce high very quickly in a split second. Hold the faith.
