Max Capacity 1,000 tests from the Renault Van. A high volume delivered as home test kits they go door to door with and simply just collect, register, the same sample then sent to the main lab.
At this stage the it appears that the test is NOT validated at the Van as a test could be if it was say a Versa Lab arrangement and donut used?

My best guess is that the labs have massive capacity to then process the samples this is why its done this way. We have the SNPsig to identify the Variant for sure as the RUO so it could be identified by us at the lab? Its possible but equally it could be identified by sequencing which is NOT us.

Appreciate this doesn't answer the issue but what happens exactly at the lab i just cant be sure of, none of us can, really could do with someone who actually works on processing the samples in the lab to fill us in.

So much secrecy surrounding the exact process. I will keep digging and see if I can reach out to anyone that might know.

You already know that they delivered 83.0m euro or 76.3m Sterling in Q1 this year. Even discounting Q2 at ZERO DHSC which will not be the case as we are in the £3bn framework you can expect H1 to come in far north of £120m imo. In 2020 the entire H1 was 72.4m euro or 63.3 sterling.

Even Discounting profits in Q2 the cash at Bank figure for H1 will be somewhere north of £ 140m imo. Then you have the Antigen products which are expected to deliver “Significant” revenues in H2 plus the second gen Antibody tests. Travel has not even started yet, and they have about 30% of the market already secured.

As at close Friday the mcap was £ 285m so the stock is still not even rated at an even half decent PE Ratio yet, its still on a cash basis.

The business has a fantastic R&D infrastructure now established BUT moreover, it has the distribution channels and network established around the world so it can go from new product to market penetration VERY quickly.

Clarity of the forward plan due out soon will confirm the future position. It would only have to deliver a fraction of the current earnings but prove its longevity model to be valued at many many multiples of todays share price and this is the key really.

Therefore, I not only remain invested, but I am also adding to my position. I genuinely believe that GM can position this business from here with the cash resources now in place as a major mid cap business. Its going to happen.

Only two days ago carrying out the Antibody finger prick test to confirm he still has Antibodies in his system, completing the survey and returning the data. This is going to continue for some time. For at least the next 12 months.

I just wanted to share this information as its clear that data is still being collected to identify effectiveness of the vaccine after given periods of time using an LFT Antibody test.

Our second gen Antibody test due out that will confirm vaccine and natural Antibody level protection, I really believe will be a game changer and be in high demand. These are my reasons:-

1. I am of the opinion that across the world we will NOT get vaccination levels high enough to eradicate the virus. It's shocking but true that many will not be vaccinated for whatever reason. As such the virus will continue to create Variants and as discussed we have to learn to live with it.

2. I'm not sure it will end up like the flu jab, once a year. Early indications are that the older you are the less Antibody effectiveness you retain. Hence, notice the government pushing for Boosters earlier than planned already.

3. We could end up in a situation where its recommended that you have a Booster every 9 or 12 months BUT it could be a much longer period for younger and fitter members of the population. Mix in those reluctant to keep "Topping up" and booster periods will be different across the Nation.

4. With a quick off the shelf test that lets you know what percentage protection level you are at, you would know how urgent a top up booster is.

Now i'm not saying these tests are going to fly off the shelf but i can see a respectable ongoing test demand level for the future not to mention doctors checking patients with one in the same way they would for other things during a check up.

Multiply this situation around the world and Novacyt have a very nice additional product line due to come into their worldwide distribution network that should secure additional ongoing revenues for years to come.

What's really remarkable about Novacyt is the R&D capabilities BUT not just that, its the fact that as soon as they have a product ready to go, they now also have the route to market established, their own MAJOR network channel to rapidly push products through helping them gain critical mass quickly. The second generation Antibody test, the moment its released will go out immediately via that network.

This business is history in the making as i keep saying,..

Ok, play on words, its share price value is being destroyed. The devaluation making bigger acquisitions more expensive in relation to own market cap.
Despite this short term inconvenience, i do expect the position to materially change. A short matter of time.
SH are fickle, the moment a positive update lands every man and his uncle will be back in chasing this...
I'm backing them to the hilt and adding as i can afford, i can do no more than that, money where my mouth is...

Yes your right, we should celebrate ALL wins. A win is a win....

Just painful of late seeing a business like this being destroyed by shorter's and traders BUT tide its looking like the tide is turning and soon the position will look materially better.

Also, we forget about Black Rock. They are still in for close to 3% and average around the £7.50 mark? I'm sure once Novacyt provide the required clarity they will likely average that position down somewhat, makes sense. That in turn would also force short positions to close without retail buying, so all still to play for

I am just trying to maintain some positivity at a really ****ty time for share holders.

We have a significant number of updates due, like most here I would like to see some come though now.

At £ 280m mcap, when we are confident cash at bank will be close to £ 150m, kind of makes a mockery of the whole situation being listed on the AIM, frustrated sure but not in any hurry, continuing to build, time will tell.

In my opinion, there is much to happen here yet and I am prepared to give them the time to deliver.

Could be an interesting one. With the capital available for R&D its fantastic that IT-IS can get on and do what they do best, historically lack of capital probably held them back - this obviously no longer an issue.

1. Check no news before open
2. Wait about 30m to 1 hr into trading to capitalise on any early buyers then place big short
3. Visit LSE and Twitter and other boards posting everyone is selling
4. Be subtle, be subtle “ oh I Hope price doesn’t fall under x today” or “ Price just about holding but could fall, £2 I see the next level” or “I’m here for the long term but expect price will fall further today” “why is everyone selling” when actually they are not, the only real sell is the short. Volume is minimal - you get the idea but important to make it look sincere
5, you get your posts endorsed by another syndicate member to say, are so right, should of listened to you earlier, I agree i can see this going 50p and cash back to etc
6. Split shorts over about 3 or 4 days in chunks helps grind retail down they will be daft enough to sell into your short
7. Continue process with stop loss in case news breaks and you really are caught short

DYOR - if you follow this board enough it’s as plain as day. Getting bored now, expecting GM to make a move shortly and that should clear this out. Very frustrating but we have to put up with it but good news is that the window is closing, update due any moment.

Highly likely however they have confirmed a publication date of 29th June for that period. So either it will be resolved OR a provision made by then.
However, i expect an update is likely before then and certainly we are going to know about various other matters on the go shortly.
The time to buy is when others are fearful, do your research and make your own decisions. I am happy with my investment despite nursing a major paper loss, i have confidence the position will change here
