I never say never but i have a decent exposure to this stock now so not looking to add much further but you never know. I wanted to ADD on Friday but but waiting for Funds to clear. Think i was lucky today, getting in on the back of traders selling for small gains. Buying at these levels is a total no brainer imo.

Anyhow, I'm hopeful with the recent positioning stateside, specifically in relation to all the requirements for Government tenders that they land something. You never know

If they can show some progress on VAL201 and get that right, Upside is massive. Mcap isn't worth talking about currently at £ 12m. Amazing really when you think SNG which i also have a small position on is at stage 3, admittedly Covid is hot topic but its mcap is £ 309m that's X30 this value.

Will slowly add here IF they can get it right, for the brave.

This one has been on my watch list for a while. I like much of what they do.
From the last placement it looks like the cash runway is about 12mths through to end of June 2022 would you agree?
So are you thinking that Suzy will need to issue a further placing first Q of 22 to ensure success of some of the pipeline OR do you think there is a realistic chance of some license revenue coming through before then?

Also, you have no idea where the value of this business will be as it grows and further expands within Diagnostics
I have my opinion on its fundamental values and I'm investing my hard earned money where my mouth is
This is an investment journey, not a destination and we are only at the start of it.
£ 54 is still possible with the right contracts. It might not look that way now but sentiment changes VERY quickly when the going is good.

I can totally see your point and we can't know for sure if Novacyt did put a STOP on the account.

Trying to think about this logically; if i was supplying goods to a customer and then i find that they are NOT paying me, i have invoices outstanding and that customer is trying to stiff me to the tune of £ 73m in unpaid invoices, i think i would put their account on STOP.

How many small coy's can afford to go on funding the DHSC to that extent? At what point do you say enough is enough we simply can't afford to supply your business with yet more goods we are not being paid for? Novacyt have real costs, premises, manufacturing, distribution, staff wages etc etc - they are not a charity, why should they prop up the DHSC? The same client that meanwhile has paid billions cash on delivery to china for LFTs and then had to pay millions to various airlines to ship the goods.

Add to this, meanwhile you have other clients, private sector ones, stateside etc that are in desperate need of goods that you can supply that need the products and you get paid on.

I have seen no proof either way but personally i hope the rumour is true. All DHSC need to do is put some effort into resolving the matter and pay what's due. End of issue.

Thank You, it was a few months ago now and i mentioned it back then, a lot of families up and down the country with long lasting effects with this pandemic so obviously not on my own. You take care now.

appreciate some think of you at times as our resident Wolfie Smith but honestly at the current rate i will be donning a Beret and a furry jacket and joining you !! This is just a total utter disgrace. It absolutely stinks.

I will be totally honest with you, I voted for BJ at the last election, I will never do it again.

What i have learnt during this pandemic is that there has been imo cronyism on a whole new scale. The events at the DHSC at best have been nothing short of shambolic and at worst involve full scale corruption, misappropriation of public funds, deals for individual self benefit and to be blunt Theft. It needs a full and detailed enquiry and those accountable brought to justice.

The decisions specifically concerning the multi billion pound cash purchases of LFTs from Innova in China imo put many lives at risk and that is totally unacceptable.

Anyhow, rant over it is what it is and the evidence is all out there, its just not right as i see it.

Hopefully, the Share Price will finally start to move forwards… Investor sentiment return along with new investor support from both retail and the institutions.

Much discussion here regarding the Nondisclosure, if full details of the dispute will ever be disclosed etc etc. Honestly, I genuinely don’t think investors will give a flying fig about the detail. They just want the matter resolved to move on. All we need is an update saying: -

DHSC Dispute Fully Resolved
On the 9th April we advised we were in dispute with the DHSC
The gross value of that dispute was £ 129m and of this: -
Unpaid Invoices to the end of 2020 Year amounted to £ 24 m
Unpaid Invoices in the 2021 Year amount to £ 49 m
It has now been resolved by: -
Total Refund / Partial Refund / Supply of Goods / X invoices paid / 50/50 / Whatever decision
We continue to supply NHS directly under the £ 3bn Framework Arrangement

As I say I genuinely don’t think anyone cares about the specific events, did DHSC just over order? Who knows all we want is an end to it?

Hopefully that resolve will come sooner than later. I think a favourable resolve will be concluded but market needs to see that proof, currently we are downgraded on the worst possible outcome and some imo.

IMO the whole situation regarding those Innova LFT contracts at DHSC absolutely stinks and needs a full and detailed enquiry with total disclosure regarding how the decision was made, Bethell really should also be properly reviewed to ensure no impropriety.

I just find it shocking that we put lives at risk in the UK due to the use of these ineffective Innova LFTs. I don't know, it's probably more personal to me as i lost my BIL to Covid and he tested negative with one, the outcome would probably have been the same if it had come back positive, but how many people was he in contact with? moreover, did he catch it off another driver or someone else that had also tested negative with an Innova Test?
The whole situation is just plain wrong imo.

Hope you are right, we desperately need to get a line drawn under this, its gone on far too long.

AIM Rule 18 requires that AIM companies prepare half-yearly reports within three months of the period end.

As a side note; there is currently temporary relief provided as a result of COVID-19 so a business could play the "Covid" card and file late but in Novacyt's case they are unlikely to pull that one.

Not fully Audited as in accountancy terms but, the fully detailed "Unaudited" position as at the period end.

For the layman amongst us, I'm referring to the company detailing exactly what confirmed sales they invoiced, the gross and net profit margins and the cash at bank figures and all the full trading details, subject to audit.

Investing.com is tends to be full of inaccuracies imo

They have a requirement to publish the Audited H1 within 3 months of the period end. Last year it was 17th September, Year before was 26th September. The 30th September being the last possible filing day.

I guess they could tell us at the Investor meeting what the results were for June and July and maybe do a Trading RNS of some kind on day of the meeting (wishful thinking) but that wouldn't be sufficient for platforms to use to update. Audited figures only imo.

I agree this is absolutely KEY information and been lost in the mix here....

If Novacyt put PROMATE on on STOP with DHSC due to non payment of invoices and lets face it ANY business supplying would do the same, no point in supplying a product you are not being paid on if you can ship it elsewhere for full payment, then the pressure is further ramped up to reach a resolve here.

IF that is the case and that STOP has been lifted then it sounds like a resolve is being finalised. Interesting

Sooner we get this matter closed the bloody better frankly.

Look, if they have an utterly sh@t second half, refund 100% to DHSC, don't sell ANY LFT, saliva, totally fck up the new division, completely under perform against forecasts they will still end the year on an EBITDA significantly north of £ 60 million

Its absolutely farcical that its mcap is so far under its fundamental value. People might not want any test to go on a holiday but by God the world needs Bioinformatics another variant lands that gets under the vaccine and we are well and truly screwed.

The syndicated posts here are starting to get annoying but its how it is i guess.

Businesses are being acquired at significant multiples of Novacyt's current market cap. As at today it sits at a mcap of £216m yet cash at bank by the end of this year will be in the region of £150m on its own.

So a baseless deramp predicting doom and gloom and how the SP will be £ 2 , in other words less than its cash at bank balance and that's before we consider its world class bioinformatics business, all of it's IP and goodwill, its R&D division, the four trading businesses Lab 21, Primer Design, Microgen, the manufacturing business IT-IS and also the new stateside division Novacyt nc is simply ridiculous.

Anyhow, onwards and upwards from here, we have seen it all before. I'm still buying into it, ultimately the fundamentals will out and the share price catch up with them

If you look at the posting history of some of these shorting posts you will see they generally just post negative comments against stocks they want to take a punt at shorting or spread bets, no regard to what the business is actually doing, its fundamental values or how its trading.
As long as there is some element of uncertainty they jump on it to disrupt
Anyhow they can do what they like. I'm still adding here as there is a value to this company and imo its a value significantly higher than it's current share price. As such at some point this has to right itself.

Don't question my share buying. Its not Mythical. Every purchase i have made is genuine and i am building a holding. FACT

Its not worth my time declaring anything here because all that happens is two bit posters like you pop up and criticise.

My purchases over the last six months are down because the share price has fallen, you are looking at this over a six month window where a Dispute came into play. No i don't feel stupid because i haven't lost a bean, i have no intention of selling my holding. You can trade short it to 1 pence im still NOT selling. At some point the SP has to reflect its fundamental values.

I'm saying that a six month window is NOT long enough when they are building a business of this magnitude. If at this time next year we are still at £ 3 i will evaluate - for now, everything is still in play and i will go on adding. Its my money, i can do what i like with it...
