Communications
Can you invest money into decent PR please? Update your shareholders on a more regular basis? Turn off comments in your twitter feed? all it does is attract trolls and those out to damage your business.
Your diabolical forward statements when your peers were putting out positive statements also crashed your price. Can they be written with some positivity?
If the business did move to the NASDAQ reporting would be quarterly and this would possibly also improve the dire current communication issue you have. Can you move to quarterly reporting?
Currently any emails to the business get sent to your PR firm and they do nothing with them. At best you are as good as ignoring your shareholder base and worst its just dam right rude can you change this and improve shareholder communications?
Also, you should be engaging and showcasing the business with capital funds, and Investors to encourage sizable institutional support for improved share price stability, can you consider that?

Question 8:
Valuation and Market Cap
The Share price has been in constant collapse.
What pans do the BOD have to deliver a decent shareholder return? The business is at a fire sale value, are you happy about this? Doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome is utter madness, if you can’t change anything would you look at an outright sale?
M&A in this sector is Hot and Novacyt should attract a sale value more than five or six times its current market cap, is it time just to sell?
What reassurance can you give us that you can deliver shareholder value?

Question 4:
Acquisitions
Any historical pledges to acquire other businesses have resulted in zero conclusions. Is this because.
a) you have eroded the share price so much that an acquisition would be ridiculously expensive now in relation to your own value, so this is now more of a pipe dream than reality?
b) You simply can’t commit to an acquisition because its not known what your financial position is especially if you must refund money back to the DHSC?

Question 5:
Novacyt Inc – Stateside
So, you have what looks like a lock up as a postal address in Florida for Novacyt Inc. What made you decide on Florida as the base location to address the stateside market?
Shareholders have been completely in the dark here.
a) Are you looking to start manufacture in Florida?
b) Are you looking to acquire manufacturing or a business stateside?
c) you mentioned you were recruiting 10 staff? How is that going?
d) What sort of sales projections are you working on from this region

Question 6:
R&D and Recent LFT and Saliva Tests
You mentioned recently that you expected “Significant” sales revenues from these additional product lines,
a) Can you confirm what exactly you meant by “Significant” are you thinking north of £ 100m in sales? Or is this over ambitious it’s a very ambiguous statement
b) Have any of these products gone into manufacture or have any sale been secured yet?
c) We are still awaiting validation on the Saliva Test; how long do you think before we ca expect CE validation?

Question 1:
ODDO Question
The appointment of ODDO has been a mitigating disaster. It looks like they have rushed out broker notes without due consideration of ALL facts and constantly down graded the business. They have added ZERO value to the business. Their actions have supported further share price falls.
I would like to know a) how much money the company have wasted on fees to this outfit and b) when the board are going to sack them?

Question 2:
Dual Listing Question
It is now clear that the business is having to adhere to two lots of regulations and do everything in two languages. This has resulted in errors in in the news statements issued. Further, the business has clearly outgrown the Bourse market.
I would like to know if the company will consider delisting from the Bourse and moving to the NASDAQ market? There would be significant advantages not least.
a) You would be on a much bigger market with greater Shareholder Reach
b) Only must comply with the one set of regulations and one language
c) The business would be valued in line with its peers on a more respectable PE Ratio

Question 3:
CEO Bonus Structure
You agreed an LTIP bonus scheme rather than actual Shares to both Graham and Tony. This resulted in an obscene cash award of over £ 11m pounds after charity donation yet the share price crashed during Graham’s tenure. This award was more than the cost paid to acquire IT-IS.
Further, should the business need to refund the DHSC it will need all the financial resources it can muster. It could end up having to secure debt yet its still paying the bonuses.
Can’t the Board see how utterly ridiculous this is?
a) The bonuses should NOT be paid until the dispute is fully settled and ONLY if the company after dispute settlement is in a financial position to do so.
b) serious consideration should be given to either 1) significant further reduction or 2) stage payments ONLY when the company share price value has improved
Finally, can the board confirm how they intend to bonus David Allmond, will it be with share options or are you intending to do much of the same?

The mcap is only 12 m and i believe IF she could highlight that to investor communities and the stable of products and the stages they are at, it would create fresh interest and boost the market value.

Not that many investors are aware of this Biotech, i only picked up on it myself by chance. She needs to widen the net.

We already know H2 revenues are likely to be stronger than H1 and we haven't entered flu season yet
They really have no concerns on the revenue front going forwards

Report out today on the BBC confirming that the test and trace price for Travel arrivals has been reduced from £ 88 to £ 68.

We discussed this the other day and our wholesale price I thought was about £ 7.20 but I was later to corrected to £ 7.70 per test so there is still a fair amount of margin with the actual retailer involved. However, Sajid Javid does need to consider the overheads of some providers especially if they have a testing concession in say the airports where they will likely be paying a royal premium for rental on space.

Competition and Markets Authority or Trading Standards are currently checking that retailers are using accredited labs and meeting the standards.

This could ultimately prove good for us, as Novacyt are supplying a good number of retailers with approved and accredited tests so if trading standards can strip out and cull many of the bogus providers hopefully our partner retailers will pick up more business and I can’t see this shake up affecting our wholesale prices.

Obviously, this is newer additional revenue coming in on top of our other lines as Travel picks up through the summer but even so, a nice additional revenue stream.

We have no official confirmation yet; they may confirm on Wednesday, but its looking like GM will NOT be paid all his £ 8.2m bonus under the LTIP Scheme which many here I’m sure will be pleased about.

Under the terms of the scheme, he needs to be in situ on the 1st November of each year the tranche payment is made. Currently there are three equal payments for 2020/2021 and 2022 Due.

Obviously, he has received the first of three payments just before the end of Dec 20. The 2022 year won’t be payable for sure, and he might not qualify for the 2021 payment with him handing over to David BEFORE the 1st November qualifying date, although we don’t obviously know for sure what the terms of his departure severance package are.

The question has been raised for Wednesday; it will be good to have some further clarify in this regard.

This event is a real golden opportunity for Novacyt to promote how great the company is and how the business is advancing.

IF they can get this right and cover off the bulk of investors concerns this could be an opportunity to further bolster Investor support, it may even attract new funds and Investors that are not fully aware of what they do.

Also, I do hope that they can package this up after the event and syndicate out. Numis and S P Angel should both support and forward details out to their own investor base, we can but hope.

Once the DHSC matter concludes we then have an exact steer on the cash position that will result in a major uplift imo. Then funds etc will start adding. Novacyt can then make acquisitions so that will further boost us, the positioning stateside for government contracts could also well deliver something.

As these matters start lining up, investor confidence will start returning. We don't have many shares in issue so it wont take much to drive the share price significantly higher with even a little buying pressure.

All looking good from my perspective, (no change there!) just a matter of time.

Well i hope your right, the SP drift here has deflated a lot of investors, a boost now would certainly be most welcome.
Only a week ago i was adding at £3.27 thinking it had reached bottom.... During that last week the volumes have been minimal, ANY decent buying volume will absolutely rally the SP from here imo.
