I really appreciate there are some disgruntled shareholders that capitulated their positions here. Gawd knows i would be non to happy if i had brought in at £ 11 share price to find the share is now 28 pence. I totally get that.

But i don't see any point in posting here to disrupt, start idiotic threads or de-ramp, the share is not for everyone, its on AIM and it comes with risk, there are no guarantees. That's how it is.

I see this on loads of stock boards, with posters joining stock threads just to disrupt, ADVFN is the worst as many threads are just full of juvenile comments, it's so pointless and absolutely ridiculous. I don't want to sound uncaring but i'm really not that interested in what happened or who did or didn't invest here historically or if other biotech's are working on other drugs to combat diseases or if someone lost a fortune or someone doesn't like the business or someone has plain just given up on them. I'm only interested in this business as an investment proposition from here. It's share price has crashed down at this level for a reason. If everything was proven the Share price would be materially higher. The question now is, can i ultimately make a profit buying in at this price? and its a resounding YES from me.

Personally, i think its a cracking opportunity to invest in a Biotech with a number of projects on the go at an oversold share price level that now represents significant upside potential.

At 28p there is major upside to be had here, when we break the first pound that's circa a 4X ROI, yes i fully appreciate those in at £11 will still be 90% down on paper but the recovery has to start somewhere.

New investors coming in now are Investing at a time where historic mistakes have been learned and overcome, a new management team and direction are in place and a number of projects have advanced on towards licensing stages. The investment risk profile today at 28p is far, far better than it ever was at £11 as i see it.

So with a totally new Management team in situ, a totally different business plan and vision to where they were historically and the new team led by Suzy Dilly that really care about their shareholders and are doing things differently, everything is fully in play as i see it.

I was researching further Sareum (SAR) compared to our position here at Valirx (VAL)

Both similar cash at bank position but the market Values are Radically different: -

Sareum (SAR) – MCAP £ 227 m
Valirx (VAL) – MCAP £ 18 m

Now I’m not posting this in anyway to discredit the great work of Sareum, it’s a terrific business and there are some differences However, is it really worth almost 13 times our value?

I mean come on; I think Sareum is fair value but the share price of Valirx is just on the floor by comparison.

It will be interesting how events unfold following the VAL presentation next week and obviously licensing of VAL201 or VAL401 will be the game changer but make no bones about this, Valirx should be at least in the 80p to £ 1 range pre licence deal all day long imo.

From purely an investment perspective this stock offers serious upside value from here. We just need to bring more attention to the business, as I see it, we are un-noticed here, as interest builds so will the share price.

I believe that interest has finally just started, we now moving towards the 40p line and then up to the 80P line. The first deal should plant us well into our first £1 imo. As I posted yesterday, I appreciate that’s not much comfort to those in at £11 but these things take time with Biotech’s and the Share Price recovery must start somewhere.

Looking forward to Tuesday’s presentation and the more interest created the better

For what its worth i still hold some stock here and after the AGM next week (my votes have been cast) and the dust settles and David joins I intend to ADD again. In the meantime, i am giving some attention to some of my other positions one specifically is Valirx (VAL) as they have an Investor Meets presentation on Tuesday and two specific cancer drugs on the cusp of licensing deals and the mcap is only £18m and this interests me.

I genuinely don't know who DRB83, clearly a bullish poster. But look, think about it, if i wanted to invest more time here why wouldn't I continue posting as Porky? I'm established and known here for heavens sake.

Well, we finished the week at the 27.5p level and whilst there are no guarantees in this world it does look like we are indeed trending towards that 40p line pre news.

Big prestation day on Tuesday and we get a real feel for where they are heading and the business plans going forwards. I’m sure this will attract new investor interest and further add to positive sentiment.

Now Suzy must build on that following the Presentation, accept interviews with the share magazines and online investor portals, embrace the media and really bang the drum regarding the great stuff Valirx are doing.

It’s a big PR job ahead really and this is on top of her running the day-to-day activity, so she really has her work cut out, but I have every confidence she can do it!!!

Volumes are already starting to build, Investor sentiment improving, we are seeing that already for sure.

The moment they get a licence deal completed its going to put them right on the map and on the radar of many investors.

Also, all those connections they make now will want to follow up interviews and that’s the key to this really in maintaining the traction.

I’m feeling confident that we are in for a positive week ahead,

From my own Investment perspective, I value all views, but I obviously have a pro Bullish stance.

If I’m investing my hard earned into something its because I totally believe in the business and its prospects, if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here.

I appreciate PMs posts, the poster is evidently pro Valirx and whilst some may use the word Rampy, I am often accused of being rampy myself but its hard not to post in a VERY positive stance when you look at all the great things the company are doing and yet the market still hasn’t caught up.

Equally when a share falls from grace as Valrix has (97% down from its high) a discussion board like this is going to pick up a lot of disgruntled shareholders that will have total apathy towards if the company can make it or not going forwards. I totally get that.

I’m only interested in the here and now and where the business and share price is going to from here, the new management team in situ kind of resets the clock for me. They have clear focus, set objectives and personally I’m right behind them.

Now I’m not suggesting that the SP can return to £11 level from here overnight and fully recover historic investors losses, but it is making a start, the recovery Is in play, and you know, stranger things have happened, I have every confidence in them

I am in total agreement regarding securing a good deal on VAL 201

Although, VAL401 may likely cross the Line first as Suzy commented "VAL401 has a shorter route to market due to the nature of it as a reformulated generic drug"

Whichever deal over the line first will prove the concept and secure their future. Out of the two VAL201 i would expect to carry the biggest Licence fee

@StarBright, i accept you will consider this comment rampy but i seriously think the first deal will break the £1 SP level, i genuinely believe that.

With respect the companies share price is on its ars@, it needs new fresh investor interest
If you read my earlier posts on this point I have well pointed out the risks that if they don’t get etc a licensing deal and sort this before end of March 2022 a placing will be required however the company has said it intends to avoid that.
It’s all very well and good proclaiming to be oh so balanced but it’s been a balanced and may I say bloody negative board here for the last year with the share price going nowhere so let’s at least champion some of the great things they are doing, the SP doesn’t even represent the bloody peer average yet!!!!!

We could do with some coverage of the forthcoming presentation over the weekend to create some more interest ready for Tuesdays Presentation.

I think i will fire a few emails off, worth a try.

I hope Suzy can get a decent turn out on Tuesday but the great thing is its recorded and they can also add other questions that were missed when they add the Q&A section to the portal AFTER the event.

Some haven't used that opportunity but i know other company's on Meet the Company have.

The way things are next weeks presentation should create loads of interest anyhow, then it gets syndicated and if Suzy can do some interviews on the back of it so we create yet more noise, more interest builds.

Obviously, any update on a License deal is the biggie but i'm confident it will come.
In the meantime, If more interest can be created and more Long Term Holders with stock in sticky hands take positions whilst we offload the short term traders, we will be building from one heck of a base when news does land and have a real good chance of seeing the Share Price here finally recover.

Even if the SP got up to a couple of quid, it would be material compared to where we have been languishing this last 12 months...

Really wishing you continued health improvements. This last 18mths many have been obsessed with Covid yet we forget that some Cancers affect one in three of us. At least with Valirx they are trying to make a difference, doing something to try and improve the future of Cancer treatment. I think we can all champion that.

Is the Glass half empty or is it half full? Is pessimism healthier than Optimism? Each to own style I guess….

But if I’m researching a stock and I visit a stock board full of negativity personally, it puts me off. If the audience is positive about the company I might be prepared to dig deeper.

Points 7 & 8
Business has stated no intention on a further placement.
A) IF Cenkos do their job properly there is no reason why they can’t present / market this business to small funds to create interest, they have a vested interest in the SP going up, if it doesn’t, they earn nothing next year
B) Once the SP increases sufficiently it will then start getting picked up anyhow by some of the AIM tracker funds
C) Suzy has until end of Q1 2022. IF no signed licence deal of any description by end of March 22 across the line they would need a placement. However, they have made it perfectly clear they expect something to license and let’s face it they have three on the brink of getting across the line.

Agree, any findings from PYC would without doubt be a game changer and imo result in a significant step change in our SP.

Glad you find my posts “Entertaining” – I’m not here to entertain or bemuse the pessimists. I agree that one person can’t Influence a SP long term. But I do have a vested interest here in the stock doing well AND moreover the share seriously lacks exposure. IF everyone here created some noise around the stock, told other investors about it, positivity can be created, and hopefully new Investors join and support.

Let’s face it we are talking a Biotech here on a chicken feed valuation of £18m its 28p not £11. The upside here is material. It kind of puts it into perspective….

@Everyone, we are all doing our bit, its just awareness of the stock that's the issue here as i see it.

Frankly, as soon as i mention the stock to fellow investors and they take a look they get interested, lets face it who doesn't want to support a company trying to solve some of the biggest Cancer killer issues in the world.

Cenkos should easily be able to present this and secure some fund support, its a total no brainer just need to make the connections and present in a positive way. Once the presentation is completed with the Q&A next week, I'm going to try and syndicate it myself where i can, nothing to lose.

And any sniff of a licence deal landing and we are looking at a significant step change

Afternoon fellow Valirxians,

Great to see bit more interest added in the first half, long pray they are “Sticky” people…

Zac Mir confident of a break to 40p imminent, I think that’s an easy call.

Mind you I must be honest; I won’t be happy until its back in the 80p-90p range which at least represents peer average pre licence deals, a £52m+ mcap not much of an ask. Appreciate that will suck for some holding losses from £11 but this stock has to rebuild from somewhere.

Get the first deal over the line and we can see our first £1 on the board and finally going where we need it.

Feels good to me anyhow. A close today over 33p would be a good building block today and into the 40s next week, we will see, I’m in no hurry but its wonderful to see more positive messages finally flowing here for sure.

Then Suzy can work her magic at next weeks presentation, onwards and upwards

But this a great company, its just under the radar of many investors.

I have seen many companies with nothing like the project base that Valirx have at five times the price!! Sentiment plays a big part imo but its changing here. Awareness to the company is building, lets hope Cenkos earn their keep. Presentation next week is another opportunity to syndicate and show to others

When i first joined this board there were some right negative nellies here, understandable as they have been through the mill with the Share Price but we just need to build on that. Its on the up now, building and as soon as one deal gets over the line we are in a whole new ball park trading range with the share price.

A heck of a lot to be positive about here... not to mention a business that wants to engage with its shareholders... bring it on...
