"Proverbial desk"? Can't they afford to buy him a real one? I guess at least he didn't say "literally".

All it means is that they've submitted additional rectification info. and that will be considered, as requested, as part of the bigger picture. It would be of more concern if they hadn't offered anything new!

These figures look okay to me but the paragraph that I did see as a red flag was the following, the last line of which just struck me as one you'd expect from a very slipshod management:

"Whilst additional information requested for CE-Mark for self-test for the VISITECT® COVID-19 antigen test was submitted prior to the 31 March 2022 deadline, not all of the data requested was available and the Company awaits confirmation from its Notified Body as to whether the available data is sufficient."

Just been going through this board / company news and feel that Iain's comment above could be taken either way! Diplomacy at its finest :-)

Company response

The original appointment was announced as an RNS Reach i.e. for informational purposes only, reflecting the fact this was not a Board level appointment, so there is no requirement to announce his departure.

While regrettable, this reflects an extremely competitive labour market in the US and in particular in the liquid biopsy space. You may have seen from his posts, Todd is keen to remain in close contact with ANGLE and explore a collaboration with his new employer.

We do not know that until such time as the company sees fit to issue an RNS, as they did when he arrived five months ago.

The CMO of Angle, Todd Druley, M.D., PhD., has left the company after five months. More details are available on his Twitter feed.

I don't think they have ever taken anything for granted and is how they have got this far.

Doesn't exactly set the world on fire, as you might have expected in the current energy climate.

As advised in the update we gave on 13 January, headline results for the ovarian cancer study are expected in H1 2022 and the clinical laboratory accreditation is in hand. As also communicated, we are awaiting FDA response, the timing of which is outside our control.

There is no plan for an update as these activities continue in line with our announcement on 13 January.



We are not aware of any reason for concern or negativity and are making very good progress on all fronts.

42p? Really? I am happy to be corrected but many elements of your posting history point to the accuser who prompted that "deramper" denial from you as having hit the nail on the head.

I could give several other examples if you'd like but I am pretty sure that others will have sussed you by now.

Worth noting that the markets were not that badly affected when Russia annexed Crimea, despite what might have been expected. I think the same will happen this time around, especially with the recent decline already built in.
