Bob is obviously refering to the tax savings for the partner. Without investing into a development such as this they will pay the full windfall tax on their earnings, rather the the alternative of receiving 91p in the £ back from the treasury for partnering us.

From a negotiating standpoint it puts JOG in an even stronger position than they were previously for starters.....You don't need to be a tax lawyer to see that.

What Andrew was saying is that FDA clearance is not the end in itself. It opens many near term commercial opportunities and is the beginning of a very long-term growth opportunity. We aim to build a very significant business, based on delivering on our commercial objectives and are confident that the Company’s valuation will reflect that delivery and growth. Naturally, those that stay invested the longest should see the highest returns.

It was confirmed via an email response from the Head of Investor Relations that, as stated previously, the next fundraise will be next year. The consensus among virtually all the LTH is that the raise - in whatever form - will be for all the right reasons and ultimately benefit all who are in for the long haul. Put another way, dilution (if any, come 2023) is likely to be minimal in view of the potential here. The CLIA cleared labs in the UK / US will also be producing income well before then as commerciality gains momentum.

No he hasn't returned - well, not in my case. I departed when I started getting peed off with the LFT situation and left suggesting that others might have wanted to take a look at AGL which I hope they did - when it was around the 80p mark. I went by the name of Chengdo (which admittedly sounds as though it should be followed by me giving a hundred-metre-stare, followed by the infamous music sting from The Good, The Bad & The Ugly). Anyway, I'm back in here now, having seen AS grow from the young lad that he was back then and into the man he is today :-)
