The BBs often get given a hard time but there are some really knowledgeable posters to be found on them and you've outlined well the need to gain a real understanding of a board / the company over and it's outlook over weeks or months. I always tend to rely on RNS's but sentiment is huge too. I like it!

The edging down of the SP here today - albeit small - is probably down to the ASOS story concerning their supply chain deferments, according to one news report over the weekend. However, as reported here in the highly positive Trading Update on Thu, 7th Oct, “Sosandar has not experienced any material impact from supply chain disruption, maintaining a constant flow of stock to meet customer demand. The Company is well stocked for the autumn season across both its own site and third parties and has good visibility of incoming goods.”

It's a well run company with a quality product, going through a difficult period, largely through no fault of its own. The nuances all suggest that a govt payment is forthcoming. The last thing this govt needs is more "questionable activity" eventually being dragged through the media.

Bernard's comment in the latest RNs "we are confident of achieving support to finance the capital required for our target of development of the first lithium mine in Mali" suggests to me that it's already lined up.

JW aside, what did you expect with this BoD? Doesn't anybody else remember how the placing was handled in what appeared to be a distinct case of "mates rates" during the transition to their new biodegradable era. That told me everything I needed to know about this company. Feel sorry for the PI's but am not surprised at this news in the slightest. I wonder if some of the warrant holders who were pumping them on Twitter are still as keen?
