For those interested, you may recall that I wrote to GENincode TWO weeks ago (off the back of a discussion here) and suggested here that you can often judge a company and its efficiency by how it treats its shareholders, as I was at that time. Here's the reply which has just turned up:

As a listed company on LSE:AIM all communications and releases on the Company are handled directly with and via the LSE official reported news services. The Company does not answer direct questions via Email.

The Company will be updating the markets on progress and developments in due course.

They were 122p when he highlighted them in April, and 110p in his previous January article. The pre market price today was 106.5p. The will likely rise in the event of an article but it's usually been short term and "catapulting" is probably over-egging it.

............can often be judged by basic admin suchresponses to shareholders. I phoned this company and asked, "What are you doing that is so different to what others are already doing? Or, put another way, what are you doing that merits a De novo application?" I pointed out that others in an investment forum had asked the same question, despite watching thw company webcast presentation. I was asked to email my question and was told it would be "forwarded to the appropriate scientist for a response". They have not bothered to reply.

Apre, it was a poor, gutless interview. Still, perhaps we should just call it quits and blame a (nonexistent) NDA that various individuals have so regularly fallen back on here when it has suited their very weak attempts at justification for the falling SP. Fact!
