Fortunately many people are of the opinion that a discussion board exists for both sides of a discussion. You accuse people telling lies but you can't substantiate your claims, you never have. You want all negative comments wiped from public view. Any intelligent investor would want to know both the good and the bad of a company they intend investing in. I was going to suggest you counter the negative arguments but you can't can you ? This company has produced nothing but negativity, written in their RNS which have failed time again. Your only recourse to Gardin's failures is to try and hide it, thankfully it's in full public view.

The fate of this company is entirely in the hands of Gardin, your tawdry attempts to slur negative posters will not change the continuing negative outcomes from QBT.

I don't think Gardin's summers end. Another £16,250 headed into his bank account shortly.

He deserves every penny, plate spinning is not for the faint hearted.

The comments by Courtios make clear why QBT has or will not be granted a patent for ASIC Ultraboost, although Gardin isn't informing shareholders that a problem exists. It is easy to mock but to ignore insights into the workings of the company is simply foolhardy and obviously not the strategy of a genuine long term investor.

So it is reasonable to expect that time has not stood still in the last 12 years and ASIC designers have incorporated many optimisations into their ASICs. Further, it is also reasonable to expect that the optimisations of Courtois have been fully explored and exploited by the Bitcoin industry over that time. Note QBT’s first patent application, ASIC UltraBoost is based upon those optimisations. The UltraBoost patent has been rejected because of prior art, i.e. the work had been published well before the patent application. The industry isn’t interested because QBT’s project is old hat.

Mickeydj can claim this is just more false and misleading information but any intelligent investor can examine the information and make their own valued assessment and come to their own independent decision.

Read the statement “ QBT’s proprietary Bitcoin mining ASIC is expected to be at least twice as fast as the leading international Bitcoin miner manufacturer, before taking into account the optimisations of a second patent …”

Now ponder carefully what Gardin is claiming, his ASIC will be “at least” twice the speed of the best available. What wonderous new features gives it twice the speed? Is it the clock rate ? Is it the semiconductor process being used ? Is it some fantastic change to the SHA256 engine ?

I think the initial optimisation’s i.e. the first patent, by Naik, improved SHA256 hashing rate by about 7%. I also doubt that QBT would be using some foundry that had discovered a new process that other ASIC manufacturers were unaware of, at 5 nm the number of foundries are very limited. What about clock speed, in general goes with the type of transistor process, yes good layout and logic design could improve clock speeds but really - twice the speed ?

So Gardin makes a remarkable claim and again provides nothing to flesh out his claim. Those claims are empty and fly in the face of common-sense engineering and science.

In years to come investors will wonder how they believed all the nonsense QBT came out with.

It was passed poised last year with revenue due in 2024, that statement of revenue is now 10 months out of date. There was no explanation of where revenue was coming from and there's been no explanation of where it went.
