What is being tested, no verification boiler has yet been built - if it has, show me the jubilant RNS that announces this.
There is talk of testing THE TECHNOLOGY, whatever that means BUT not a working model, full blown, all singing wonder boiler !!!!!!!
Why should I be ashamed of preventing people losing money, when after 40 years development a boiler is still not built for sale to the public nor even undergoing certification and not even initial testing.

Where are the patents covering all the wondrous changes made to the Disenco device because their patents will soon expire ??

Please note before you ask, there are 2 types of directors - real ones and pretend ones, simply given the title but not the responsibility.

This suggests P Booker isn't even working for the company anymore !

Oldblue: Already you seem unable to remember my message at 13:23 where I stated that some wages were included in the development costs according to Inspirit. In there, I would expect any subcontract costs but the total was for about 160,000 and also since the wages for PB weren't included under actual wages it would also seem plausible his wage would also appear in there as well. That was the whole point of my message that waffled about the cost of his wage. If he is paid a decent amount then there is little left for development or wages for consultants or workers or anything else for that matter. He may be paid peanuts, begging the question - why is a thermodynamics/mechanical/electronic genius working for peanuts ?

Am I writing in Chinese ? Is my English so poor you don't understand ?

Oldblue: It's all been said before, you seem unable to remember anything or unable to interpret sensible comments. To clarify, the thrust of my message is "where are the wages paid to the workers" I don't believe there are any significant wages indicated in the accounts. I'm sure you know better.

For an HVAC engineer, designing systems, you seem to have a lot of time on your hands to burble away here.

Oldblue: I think its obvious that the share price will move very little until the results of CH's investigations are concluded. He may or may not decided whether he has sufficient support to be able to make any changes at Inspirit. Any sudden changes in the share price may indicate the way he is moving or for that matter John Gunn's position.

Personally I'm looking forward to the outcome - either way !

As far as you know ! I'll not place too much faith in your knowledge. There must be some big wage bills knocking about the Inspirit accounts then. But - if memory serves the development cost recently was just 160,000 which included 'some' wages.
This conversation was had a while back and went along the lines of - Paul Booker's wage must be included in that figure and as the man doing the design and development he must be very well paid. How much we could ask ? If he's such a pivotal figure then he must be making a fair old whack - 60,000 to 120,000 ??? doesn't leave much for everyone else or the cost for all that work on the other applications etc etc.

I could be wrong and they are all working for free because poor old John can't afford to cough up !

Oldblue: You seem totally unable to understand anything. Reference my second LIE, I'll provide this RNS from Kleenair Systems a DECADE ago in 2010 !!!! Note they were applying for GAD approval a decade ago and true to form everyone is still waiting for the outcome !

Kleenair Systems International announces that Inspirit Energy, in which KSI has a 11% equity interest (being 1,333,333 shares), has commenced the process to achieve European Gas Appliance Directive approval (widely referred to as 'GAD approval') for its energy efficient mCHP appliance. Satisfactory completion of this process will allow Inspirit Energy to supply its efficient, and environmentally-beneficial combined heat, power and hot water systems to the European market, for installation on Natural Gas in the UK or Ireland for a commercial return.


I think the reverse takeover actually occurred in 2011

Oldblue: Why does CH, a substantial shareholder, also doubt the product, the progress and the capabilities of Inspirit ??? He must also be a de-ramper according to your criteria . You talk of logical progression, that would be the progression from 1980 to ? Jumping into other applications before you actually have a proven first application - very logical !

Apart from a couple of employees shown in a video, one being Paul Booker, what evidence do you have that employees exist The evidence says they are no employees being paid, at least not from the accounts. There is evidence that senior staff mentioned in RNS on arrival have left the company i.e. marketing. Where are the staff for the big launch, that should have been underway NOW.

Deceit, now that's a very tricky thing. If I say my design and test facility is located in Poland, but it is actually a large wooden hut am I being deceitful ? As long as I've designed and tested my new flower pots in it, then I can happily claim it to be a design and test facility. Or could it also be claimed to be a garden shed ?

If I claim to be working for design for manufacture, what do I have to do to give credibility to that statement - short answer practically nothing. Personal interpretation of statements is more down to ones hopes and aspirations or maybe cynicism than the reality. Of course if a company is proud of their achievements then they may want to showcase them, particularly if you want to justify where shareholders money went and to give confidence in the project/product etc etc etc.

Aim is littered with grand statements, obscure statements, vague statements, truthful statements and downright lying statements. As for the FCA and others - all part of the big investor con.

Observer: I'm not sure why Kockums/Saab would be interested in the Inspirit Sterling engine since their own Stirling engine has been fitted, tried and tested and and in actual service for several years. It would seem a backward looking step to tie up with a company that has still to showcase an actual product, or even to announce when they intend showcasing any product ???

As you say, Saab have the wherewithal, in abundance, to develop their existing engine without the help of Britain'sPoland's - Inspirit, who don't seem able to string coherent technical statements together.

The only thing they have working at the moment, to great affect is 'the-carrot-on-a-stick'
