RE: Rattling the cage.25 Aug 2020 14:30
I assume the present incumbents at Inspirit could be amassing shares to help defeat CH. Apart from JG, they could each purchase up to 3% and 3 X 3% is 9% additional, bringing JGs team to at least 37%. I guess in any vote a significant portion will not vote, let's say 20% so that would give team JG an almost unassailable a majority.
I think this is what CH is alluding to by gaining access to the shareholder list and determining the " concert" parties I.e. Those acting together.
Of course the shareholders that vote against JG are going to be well disillusioned because that allows Team JG to carry on as normal, I then expect many to bail out.
Where will that leave Inspirit ?
If CH is successful, because JG hasn't convinced investors that he has a viable product then the path is still downhill because more effort, money and time will then have to be expended, if there is sufficient potential ? So there is still a long road ahead in my simplistic estimation.
But old faithful will be there at the end !!
