CRH: Nothing to stop you making a direct appeal to all shareholders lurking in nominee accounts and seeing who you can uncover for some additional support. Many shareholders will not look at this board but others, so you need to spread the word. It's certainly not ideal but since its free, give it ago. I believe GIS bought shares for their lucky investors a few years back and I wouldn't know where they fitted into the scheme of things.

If I was in Octagonal I would be getting slightly twitchy if John Gunn can't make a simple soothing statement for Inspirit. It takes the shine off his reputation somewhat and his dealings in that company.

Buffalo: It is Oldblue. He does not want to take part in sensible debate so resorts to stealth tactics. Slowly his faith in JG and Inspirit is evaporating and shortly he will cross the Rubicon.

CRH: A short but excellent and insightful update, I thank you for that. Hopefully your openness versus JG's evasiveness will sway many other shareholders to your side. Inspirits/JG actions do not seem to support the idea of a company with a viable winning product about to be launched successfully. Disenco had the product 12 years ago but JG underestimated the difficulty of bringing a technically challenging product to market, as so many others.

I still think there will be a pool of votes that will not be cast due to apathy thus his hand is strengthened.

I wonder who forks out for the lawyers costs ?

I'm guessing a bit here but surely JG's holding of shares will enable him to vote down any resolutions in practise. Let's say 25% of shareholders are apathetic and don't vote then JG's 29% is actually worth about 39% plus some supporters say 10% a wild guess, then he has virtually 50% of the vote that actually votes. A greater apathetic shareholding goes his way. Unless someone can correct my train of thought on this? Perhaps that's why all is quiet from Inspirit, he's confident !

So CH what percentage can you call upon ?

Buffalo: He's had some of mine removed, he doesn't like people pointing out his ridiculous posts. For example the lie below implying I say there is no boiler when I have said several times here IS a boiler but I I don't think it's commercially viable and I give my reasons and Inspirits failures to produce it.

I'd like him to show evidence that there are employees working for the company when the accounts CLEARLY show no employees on the payroll apart from perhaps JG wife and I bet she isn't putting together boilers for a living.

CH did say the company would be better off going more into waste heat than the boilers" No doubt MW turbines, even very efficient ones, produce many kW of waste heat. The useful transformation of that waste is the subject of his interest in Inspirit. Efficiency isn't the be all and end, since the raw power source is free, maybe cost, reliability and maintenance may be of more interest than ultimate efficiency. I would think offshore wind-farms would be the long term solution to our nations energy strategy - if we have one since Michael Hesletine's reign. The question is, what do you do with the waste heat 3 miles offshore ? Presumably conversion of the heat to electricity is the only viable option or is the production of Hydrogen offshore viable. Whatever, having a load of heat offshore is a waste.

Johnson is surely the man for the job, he's full of it.

CRH: If you wish to impress shareholders both critics and supporters,with your honesty, simply post an update. I can't see it hurting your cause at the general meeting and would save a lot of time responding to each query. Speculation, both good and bad, fuels these boards and stock markets. The lack of credible or worthwhile communications from Inspirit has certainly kept this board going for a long time and shrouded the whole project in mystery. I look forward to the outcome and wish you good luck.

Oldblue: have you finally seen the light and started selling off your shares?

Oldblue: Regarding your RTO statement, once again you hold true to form. The figures you quote are excessive, for a small Cap company the cost could be less than 1/10 of your figure. I think the real advantage would be a saving in time and effort to gain a listing.

Oldblue: Perhaps CH is ditching his shares to the minimum and checking to ensure he still has a 5% support level to call a meeting. Ever so slightly odd that he needs to double check on your holding.
Perhaps it's not the 5% level he is checking on but a higher level of support after contacting shareholders in the nominee accounts, for example sufficient votes to get rid of JG and NS. There's something to ponder but then who would know where the Polish test facility was, no other shareholders know?

Oldblue: first sensible thing you've ever said. As long as you enter this knowing it's a simple binary gamble then it can only be yourself that you can blame or possibly even congratulate. But - it's not a very good strategy for making money in the long term; there are a lot quicker ways of gambling based upon upon purely the toss of a coin.

Oldblue: I don't think you made a single considered/sensible/counter to any of my messages. Your replies generally consist of insults or claiming I'm being paid to write here. You are unable to counter my claims because the company provides no information to its share holders even though they profess ..."also places great importance on effective and timely communication with its shareholders” stated by CH to be laughable. When they do issue a carrot dangling RNS then inevitably the outcome is never reported/ followed up. Even you are capable of researching those RNS statements but I doubt you will, you prefer desperate hope rather than cold reality. All of this has been noted by CH in his letter, you seem to attach faith in him but ridicule me for pointing out the same things.

I'm not one for ridiculing people but your continued childish and poorly written messages leads me to the conclusion, you are either write while under the influence or are simply poorly educated and lazy.

Oldblue: Fear tactics ! You fear the truth and facts. The thing you need to fear is the total and utter failure of Inspirit to achieve anything in a decade of spending investors money and that is an undeniable truth whether you like it or not.

You can throw as many insults and call me a liar but it doesn't change the Inspirit story one iota.

This ridiculous plot of payments for what I write are beyond stupidity. It is the chant of all investors losing their money on a lousy investment. My insipid posts won't change a thing. Inspirit could change the price in a flash if they posted any sensible news or followed up on any of their carrot dangling claims.
