As you can see the Dec update was a repeat of the June update. So after 6 month "development" far from actually completing the near completed electrical and mechanical systems they were still "near completion" again.
Progress in 6 month ......zero.

Caravanboy: you don't seem to appreciate the In-spirit version of product development. I'd say at least June 2025 before any mention of a prototype. There has to be months of discussions to finalise the design. Further discussions to find suitable suppliers of parts and then assembly. Of course thousands of hours testing and then years of discussion regarding certification.
Think I joke, wait and see!

This is the same trash written way back in June.

Makes you wonder what all the Design for Manufacture was about over the last few years if they have yet to complete the electrical and mechanical design details. After all the Stirling is 65% of the WHR.

Perhaps there was no DfM after all !

After a quick read of the results and statements the conclusion I come to is - it's all been said before !

Not a single achievement or step forward in a year. Same old discussions, as expected and entirely predictable.

All the other so-called divisions and different applications - not a mention.

You mugs deserve everything you get.

Oldblue: The In-spirit accounts will tell you they raised £500,009 by issuing 1 Billion shares for 0.05p each. In whose hands those shares are now is almost impossible to determine and has nothing to do with In-spirit. They have the money, they won't give a fig where the shares are now. The next phase, potentially, is the warrants. Another 0.5 Billion shares to be exercised at 0.075p in the next year and a bit, more dilution for shareholders.

Since only ETX notified after the placing then we can assume they took 400 Million shares or so - at least.

600 Million or so disappearing into the city to organisations that aren't required to notify or they went to other holders in smaller non- notifiable chunks. Who cares, the mug PI will end up paying.

Either way the In-spirit accounts won't tell you what you seem to be attempting to learn.

just to keep you up-to-date, you seem to have trouble with the simple stuff ! All of the placing was 'sold' a long time ago, see the May RNS. The warrants are exercised at 0.075p and obviously there has been no information for those.

Oldblue: once AGAIN you are wrong. First of all, you always tout the RNS document as a "NOMADED LEGAL DOCUMENT" So do you believe them or some outdated incorrect figures produced by the company you link to. incidentally they also have CRH down as an In-spirit director, obviously utter rubbish.

If you were capable of some simple reading you will see CRH increased his holding over several weeks passing through the 232 Million, the figure you cite on 15th October. He eventually and finally ended up with 270 Million shares, as stated on 9 Nov 2020. To date he has not sold a notifiable interest since.

Why do you find all of this difficult to absorb, it is straight forward and simply requires you to read the NOMADED AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS and note a few figures.
