I don't think large transactions are ever deliberately made obvious to the markets unless for good reason.

Look at AAL's current buyback program, even an publicly announced buy back scheme like this does not make buying obvious. The buys have been made of seemingly random amounts, even when the price was low. I have seen the same pattern with other companies LLOY and JD Sports, I think it was. Large round numbers are either private investors or the deal is displayed deliberately possible to try and trigger further transactions.

Why would you let the market know your intentions when buying or selling ?

So, look at these words carefully “the company has maintained positive progress over the last year in the alternative applications of the Stirling engine .. ”
I think everyone would agree he’s talking about the solar, marine, cooler, automotive and gasification applications but look deeper there is no mention of what that POSITIVE PROGRESS actually is !
Not a single bit of news regarding the positive progress of these applications. There was so much positive progress that he can’t even drum up a single statement to tell investors what that positive progress was. Why would someone say positive progress has been maintained then totally fail to list anything whatsoever ?

Gasification actually gets a mention
“On 4th November 2020, the Company announced that it is in discussions regarding a possible collaboration with an engineering company with expertise in advanced gasification”
Unfortunately this statement simply tells you what you already know. It’s not new and it’s not news. What it does tell us is, there is nothing to report a WHOLE YEAR LATER !

This RNS is simply a lot of flowery statements that don’t actually mean diddly

It is hoped --- there has been too much hope from this company and no achievement !

Going further back to 3 November 2020. In-Spirit told it's gullible patient investors this tale of the WHR system.

It's difficult deciding which RNS tells the real story.

2 years of attempting to ridicule my posts and now he's joined the gang. He's obviously hoping to bring the price down and jump on the bandwagon but that always ends badly!

What has been delivered ?

How much talk and money went into obtaining certification ? It was never obtained ! What became of verification boilers/chargers and field trials - no one knows!
Where is the Charger going, after years of design for Manufacture there has been announcement a prototype even exists! What have the ' engineering teams' JG likes to thank each year,for their hard work, actually been engineering.?
The hard working engineering teams couldn't convert the Charger to Hydrogen so now it's more discussions with Enertek .... Again. I'm guessing Enertek must be P'd off with eternal discussions with In-spirit.

I think these issues dishearten investors and drive down a share price.

A 1% change in a holding would be around 42.7 Million shares and I'm not sure sensible investors would telegraph their intentions by buying or selling in large quantities.
