A) RNS before Xmas, could kick-off a short-lived Santa rally, then profit-taking before Year End; or
B) January RNS, could kick-off a more sustained rally for the New Year, continuing through end Q1 and production update in March 2023.

I'd prefer option B.

I think now Legal, as you have sold out there maybe some unconscious bias in there, unintentional, to justify your action. That's fine, we all have it.

I guess there are holders that have totally sold out, others like myself and Justone that still hold hope, others like Color that have written off their investment but remain as now it's costing nothing, others like the big shareholders that probably just can't sell or have more knowledge about the situation than all the hyper speculative conspiracy theories on here.

So i don't know where the sells are coming from to push it down further. Can see where potential buys may come from if it looks like getting resolved or if say existing shareholders provide more financing to keep the ship afloat while it all gets sorted. I think MF actually extended a loan years ago for example.

SL desperately needs inward investment you can be certain lots of potential investors are questioning their decisions looking at this type of behaviour. Ultimately, the legal system is British and not quite the rule of the jungle you've been touting.

I don't think its game over but maybe that's my unconscious bias, lol.

I'm in agreement with @Trek's broad underlying premise - from the POV of a medium term investor. The confirmed production figures in Q1 will drive serious sticky investment in the company.
The interim RNS's are tradeable events (IMO) whereas the achievement of a sustained increase in production is an investment event.

Saw the Stockbox interview - very impressive stuff and I'd love to buy, probably like many others watching this share. But now we don't actually know which exchange the company is going to list on.
I get it that FCA has been impossible to deal with over the last year but I'm not inclined to buy now until the listing has been executed given geographical uncertainty on the exchange.

I wouldn't get too caught up on individual trades it's the settlement each night that adds weight to the technicals. The RSI does look a little overbought at the moment but this does not necessarily indicate a pullback -merely that the probability of such is higher. The SP could easily trade sideways until that RSI decreases. MACD is still indicating an uptrend - investors will trade that trend, whereas traders will me more inclined to look intra-day.

Without hearing from MF directly I'm afraid the market will continue to think along Legalwolf's lines.

WHERE IS MF?

WRT the 'possibility' of a podcast - this shouldn't be a 'possibility', MF should be front 'n centre explaining to shareholders what the hell is going on - completely unacceptable he hasn't done this already.

Time will tell if it was a stonking buy, market clearly dampened by JT's comments -JC needs to clarify.

Good to hear you actually managed engagement with MF, that's as rare as a hen's tooth.

Reading the RNS, and putting as much of an optimistic bent on it that I can, the fact that it mentioned the internal upheaval at GSMB and the ongoing discussions with the Port Authorities I took that to mean that CMET did believe the matter could be resolved. When is another matter, as always in SL.

very gloomy pictures being painted here - understandably - but I would like to hear from the Company, specifically MF.

I mean basically I think there was a lot of BS delivered at the AGM.

We need MF to appear on some podcast today to provide clarification and a realistic evaluation of where we are.

I suspect things are not as dire as we may think but still everything will likely be on hold until resolved.
