You were outed which is why you deleted your Godders account and set up a new one as Aiminvestors.

RKH are not operators so they are not responsible for anything operational in the Falklands. The BoD are responsible for keeping the company solvent and able to finance their share of the development costs. This year that has meant the monetisation of the award, for which they have received Tranche 1. Should they get a favourable outcome on annulment then they will receive Tranche 2 and that will hopefully cover their development costs. But their job in the meantime is to assess alternatives in case the annulment case goes against them.

Nigel I have no doubt about the quality of Darwin, although it will still need appraising and testing prior to FEED.

The point I made before was that Harbour had to give away 65% of the NFB licenses for nothing despite having spent hundreds of millions on Sea Lion, which was fully appraised, tested & development-ready.

Is a partner really going to come in and spend a billion dollars on Darwin? And what would they want in return?

My guess is that Darwin will eventually get developed in 10-20 years but it won’t involve BOR.

Your quality of life might be improved if you didn’t spend every day whinging on an online forum about timings that are outside of the company’s control.

Like I said, RKH have never said FID this year. If you want to challenge Navitas on it speak to their Investor Relations, or they might have a discussion board in Hebrew somewhere for you.

You saw the post from Mogger last week which look like a precursor to securing funding so why do you constantly play the fool? It’s tiresome.

RKH have never stated that FID would happen in 2024 or that first oil would be in 2026. If you have an issue with those timescales then complain to Navitas, not RKH.
