Hi M. I find it actually quite scary that these organisation can all be so bad. Finally got through to customer services IWEB. They couldn't do anything about contacting their own transfer team. Rang Lloyds bank, who I also complained to with no answer, they couldn't do anything either but will get a manager to call me back one day. Have now opened a case with ombudsman. I will try and get more compensation , but really I just would like them to acknowledge that the service offered needs to vastly improve all round. They tried to tell me they were not responsible for each other so I reminded them I could only get one lot of £85,000 compensation from Lloyds,Halifax, bank of Scotland. iWeb organisation, which they don't like to publicise either.
So far Jarvis have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. That is an online service too, but someone always answers the phone if needed , usually immediately but always within a couple of minutes.
Barclays are dreadful too. They all use the same trading platform, where as Jarvis has its own tailor made platform, much clearer and easy to understand.
