Tenners: the document refers to these areas and considers them in some detail and lists them as outside the '99%' area that should have been returned.
However it also rules that a material breach of the PSC has occurred and moreover states what the implications of the material breach are, which means the GOGC can invoke cancellation of the PSC and so secure return of the remaining areas too, which they have done.
Our only hope is that either Zaza starts a legal challenge (he may have done without us knowing) but on the face of it there don't appear to be any grounds that would be successful but it could be a delaying tactic or he tries to get the GG to back down in the face of political pressure from the US, which he is clearly striving to do.
As an aside on the legal side, it seems that, contrary to what he said to us in London, Zaza only seems to start a legal action he is certain of losing and, as such, he will probably start one. All his legal actions seem to be purely delaying tactics...
