JjCarter's post was concerning to me as his previous posts suggest he both had a degree of knowledge of what was going on and wanted a positive outcome. However he hasn't reappeared to provide the source or any support for his claim, and we have no other evidence since to support or otherwise his unsubstantiated claim.
Who knows what is going on.... Oh, hang on, Rainbow apparently...

Is beginning to become deafening. In the context of his previous frequent media interviews coupled with the fact that the election is getting closer this is very surprising and may suggest he is involved in talks. Hopefully that is the case and it isn't down to him being kicked out as CEO (if JJCarter is to be believed).

Madp: if you read the arbitration ruling it is almost as if the arbitrators are pleading with FRR to give evidence to back up their accusations. They gave them opportunity after opportunity but we treated them with distain. I do not understand why they did that. To be honest the arbitrators had no option but to give the verdict they did. They went the extra mile to provide us with every opportunity.
I really don't understand why we didn't make any effort to get a better outcome from the arbitration.

RR: we never knew the full implications of investing as certain facts we should have been aware of were withheld from us.

Looed: re your suggestion of getting the SH view across.
In my opinion I see nothing to be gained by that and it would have the potential to give ammunition to anyone opposing Frontera's claims/plight. To me it is staggering that the Russian side of the press over there haven't been highlighting our desperate plight and the way we have been seemingly treated with disdain by the Company, but the fact they haven't is a small compensation to the situation we find ourselves in.

I have no idea why some of you take comfort from JRjnr's posts. Look at his posting history. He has been banging on about a 10billion buy out/deal from before delisting. Before that he was banging on about a 22p deal/buyout for Flybe. Hmmmm ...
I'm not saying it won't happen (although it seems extremely unlikely) but clearly JRjnr knows the same about it all as the rest of us ie diddly squat.

WHamBoy: you're correct. It was there only a few minutes before your post as I reread it. Why would that be removed by LSE admin??? It wasn't defamatory or abusive. It was a statement of perceived fact. Why remove it? Did someone object to it? There are loads of objectionable posts on here but they don't get taken down. There are a load of "facts" posted which are complete rubbish but Rainbow's posts aren't removed. LSE admin surely can't know more than us? This is bizarre.
JjCarter's previous four posts were informative and appeared factual. So that suggests his latest one maybe true. Which generates more questions than answers. However, on this point, unlike most questions with FRR, we should get an answer soon. If Zaza has been removed imo it is likely the FRR website will be updated quickly. If he has been removed owing to the .... hmmm .... "imaginative" statements he has made then the GG will crow about it. If the removal is related to a deal then silence will prevail until the deal is revealed. If the JjCarter's post was rubbish then we will also know soon when Zaza is next interviewed.

Arsenal: agreed.
This is an extraordinary interview. Zaza is just a CEO of a failing company, yet he is speaking like a politician; coming across to Georgians as an informed expert on the US Government and its approach and opinions on the Georgian Government. He didn't mention Frontera (the interviewer did) or talk about the Company at all. His agenda is clearly political now.

Mole: you've painted a bleak picture, yet probably pretty realistic.
I also don't believe most of what Zaza says these days given what he says now about delisting and the arbitration result. So I suspect that the two major deal and the frozen bank accounts are porkies too.
However, this unethical, win at all costs attitude does have positive aspects to it. He is certainly not a quitter, comes across well in public, has some US Government support and seems determined to succeed. As I have said before, as a shareholder he is aligned with us and whilst, in all likelihood, one of the massive hurdles you have eloquently described will floor us, it isn't beyond the realms of possibility that he could pull it off imo.

It is understandable guys getting emotional over the communication issue given the amounts of monies that some of us have invested here. It has also been a huge rollercoaster of a journey to get where we are and almost all of the surprises along the way have been unpleasant ones. Moreover it is made all the more personal by the fact that many of us have met Zaza face to face and decided to believe what he said and trust him with our hard earned.
However at this moment it seems to me that we are in a delicate crucial phase and so I would support Jonathansxx, CF73 and others' opinion that we should adopt a wait and see attitude, until after the elections and then maybe see where we are.

EkXoc: he may not be able to say anything meaningful agreed, but given he is now openly communicating with the media, then there is no excuse for providing us with some sort of update. After courting us to invest and support the Company, and having met some of us personally, he should communicate. The arbitration is over and he is out there speaking. There is now no excuse.

Abkaz: the scenarios you outline are possible outcomes, but remember that Steve holds even more shares and there are other shareholders who we don't know about he may want to keep on the right side of.

As for your rubbishing of my rose tinted view, I would argue that all your potential scenarios are absolutely not more likely now his profile is raised. Now his profile is raised, doing some deal to screw shareholders would destroy his reputation, so I would interpret his raised profile as positive not negative.

Indeed; Zaza's non communication with shareholders and apparent non compliance with the statutory requirements is now indefensible.
However, his road to riches with this is via his shareholding, so, irrespective of his apparent disregard for us all, if he ultimately does well out of this then so should we.

Looed/Arsenal: Zaza has absolutely no intention of releasing any redacted statement on the arbitration rulings imo as we lost it. He is just using that as an excuse... thankfully!
