Madp: as you say you clearly haven't read it. If you had you would not have made this statement:

It is true we cannot be certain it is genuine, but I can assure you it sure as hell looks it. As I stated earlier, a few small changes would not dramatically alter the document, they would be glaringly obvious.

The motivation of the mysterious poster of the document is unknown. They have published a document illegally and, as some have already stated, why do that when the GOGC have got their material breach and are cancelling the PSC legally.

Qosnil: I am saying what the arbitration document states, which is that there was a material breach and it also states the implications of it coming to that conclusion. GOGC have subsequently served notice to cancel the PSC in line with the findings of the arbitration and so we lose our asset at the end of next month (the 27th from memory?).
The only hope is that Zaza can somehow 'persuade' the GG not to do that, which is clearly what he is desperately trying to do. No-one knows what his chances of success are, but judging by the GOGC comments to date there appears to be no signs of any compromise so far.
So, unless anything changes we are done come the 27th July.

Earlier today you posted your "let's take the BOD to court" post, which is a message you have been suggesting regularly for a few months. If shareholders had actually done that, firstly it would almost certainly have been a complete waste of time and money as the Company appears not to have a bean to pay to anybody and secondly it would completely undermine the work that the BOD are trying desperately to do now to save the Company.
You would see the Government aligned journalists saying that the Company is being sued by its shareholders and it weakening what small chance the Company has. We are all frustrated but let's drop such calls for action for the time being please.
