Put aside Biosure are an 11 person distributor with £32k in the bank and are currently breaching Companies House regulations - discount all that - the Government are pretty clear , they( Biosure ) don’t have clearance to sell an Antibody test direct to the public in the U.K.

Innova would have to register the IP in the U.K. and pay taxes worldwide on same but with no guarantee of landing / securing a contract, especially after being banned in the USA - put aside their biotech is suspect to pass the new DHSC guidelines

“While there will be some supply constraints over the coming weeks as we ramp back up—we are putting resources from all over the company to help meet this unprecedented demand,” The Wall Street Journal reported quoting a company spokesperson. “It’s difficult to scale up on a dime, but we’re doing so again, just as we did last year.”
Meanwhile, amid questions over the availability of its at-home test, Quidel (NASDAQ:QDEL) said that the company has engaged retailers to boost stocks in response to elevated demand.
At-home molecular test for COVID-19 made by Lucira Health (NASDAQ:LHDX) is also out-of-stock on the company’s website, according to The Journal. The company is taking steps to increase production, a spokesman said.

Do they have MHRA approval to sell direct to the public with no medical training and if so can she forward her MHRA accredition for same - not HIV test
Ditto what MHRA / Government web site is Biosure on confirming same for Home use ?

I’ve dropped on and off throughout week and it’s nowhere to be seen saying Home Use
