Suggest Avacta in same position, it will be ‘ bun fight ‘ between their biotech & Mologic’s - nothing Colin can do about all this

If Mologic Ct range / identifying Delta passes the PD threshold then we have a fair chance to be a sovereign test
or we just manufacture tests under the £374M contract, hopefully it’s the primary.

We can also surmise this is why Omega have not released Ulster Clinical trial results, keeping cards close.

Think this a fair assessment of the situation

When Omega released a photo of their Antigen test boxed in August as ‘ Home Use’ how many have been manufactured in advance ?
I may be proved wrong but I don’t think it’s a large amount, I don’t buy into the stock piling - Colin is playing the same tactics as he did with RTC / AbC , he’s not over exposing the cash, he’s making cassettes, he’s told us that.

We now know at the time of the photo shoot Omega had instructed trials via Ulster - of what is rumoured to be using Mologic v5 biotech - but we don’t know what those results/ data says ?

If we look at Avacta as an example , they published their updated results on their web site last day or so, we can guess this was required to hit the DHSC /EU participant numbers as the trial was only on 11 people and they didn’t disclose Ct values/ viral load etc
V strange on only 11 people but it brought them to 100no total with previous trials

We know Omega were actively recruiting people and targeting over 100no participants in Ulster and offering £100 to take part , it does appear their trial is comparatively larger than Avacta’s

The trial results we know have been sent to the EU and we guess same to DHSC

We know from the associated Government web site we have to then go back to Porton Down, I guess that’s where we are today - back at PD

Thinking, Avacta CEO identified 5M to 30M a month LFT availability in the U.K. - a few months ago

Does seem a big jump from 30M availability to 85M to 90M a month ?

92M - it’s like just over 1 months capacity?

Could be top up contracts coming , only a handful of diagnostic manufacturers in the U.K. ?

Just on GAD, I do wonder how they are going to service the U.K. contract and overseas after the video they released via Mologic last week ? Even 50/50 split sees the numbers cut right back for the U.K.

Throw in 250no staff , expanding commercial space in Scotland & Cambridge, we know we are currently manufacturing Cassettes, still got £6M in the bank

We had a m/cap of £4M before Covid and before the above put in place , now £100M

He didn’t sell a share when other directors did and in fact he bought at 55p

If Colin pulls these sales off then it’s full respect to him, am giving him the benefit of the doubt based on the above.
