In 2015, the Nobel Committee for Physiology or Medicine, in its only award for treatments of infectious diseases since six decades prior, honoured the discovery of ivermectin (IVM), a multifaceted drug deployed against some of the world's most devastating tropical diseases. Since March 2020, when IVM was first used against a new global scourge, COVID-19, more than 20 randomized clinical trials (RCTs) have tracked such inpatient and outpatient treatments. Six of seven meta-analyses of IVM treatment RCTs reporting in 2021 found notable reductions in COVID-19 fatalities, with a mean 31% relative risk of mortality vs. controls. During mass IVM treatments in Peru, excess deaths fell by a mean of 74% over 30 days in its ten states with the most extensive treatments. Reductions in deaths correlated with the extent of IVM distributions in all 25 states with p < 0.002. Suggest we can give a bit of benefit of doubt here, although we all feel a bit of frustration waiting this long.

Delta has caused the delay, Mologic have had to produce an updated Buffer/Reagent & Omega have had to run clinical trials - hence the slippage in this case

When you consider the publication below linked with Ivermectin winning a Nobel prize in 2015 for treatment against infectious diseases - the only one in 60 years apparently

Delta /variants changed the landscape for Testing - July

Since then we now know via Israel that the original vaccines last 26 weeks to 9 months - hence boosters required but that allows ‘ escape variants ‘

Be it diagnostic or vaccine manufacturer’s Covid 19 is proving a very difficult virus to forecast their product.

Now that we know variants will escape the vaccine - continual vaccines encourage same - it appears Mologic have been able to modify their buffer / reagent to capture the virus’s RNA

Tbf this is exciting for Omega stakeholders, agree it’s been a bumpy ride but has been for many forecasting Covid 19

Nice to see this statement from the RNS - Once approval is granted … not IF

‘Once approval is granted, we anticipate strong demand for a UK developed and manufactured product’

Can only speculate Omega have forwarded the data to DHSC as part of their application to provide the complete Antigen LFT

Would be good to see that same data, it’s out there in Ulster -somewhere and now EU -,better a controlled RNS rather than leakage as we had with the RTC AbC -19 test ( again from Ulster ) which resulted in an intra day RNS.

Suggest shareholders should also have access to this clinical trial results , would be a nice touch off Colin and show he’s in control and would go down well after the PR disasters of the Tesla tweet/ share pumping tweets and directors - not Colin - selling at 94p

It’s such an important piece of information it should be disclosed to the market

You have to look at the science around the Ct ranges, coupled with identifying variants - its key

Delta and the growing variants moved the goal posts for all diagnostic providers, we needed this trial to be a success, it was the catalyst to unlocking sales orders.

Granted we haven’t seen the data from Ulster but we can assume the fact it has been filed is indicative Mologic V5 has been a success - Mologic say their biotech is the best in the world

With the Ulster data then the DHSC who have invested £17M of kit into Omega and even paid Toyota to install could award the full test to Omega, it’s looking highly likely

GAD out of the way now Soros / Gates own, we will have a chance to pick up some of their £870M contract on top of the £374M

Nb the Ulster trial was highly significant for Omega & Mologic partnership, had a feeling we would have news today when the founder of Mologic was interviewed by the FT - hard copy this morning on line last night

Regulator, very nice indeed.

We can take the view the Ulster trial has been a success and they will use the same data with the DHSC - suggest Mologic will do same in USA.

It’s now a strong possibility Omega’s Visitech may well become a U.K. sovereign test and the £374M contract will be activated next few weeks.
