Melbourne on its 6th Lockdown, authorities pushing Antigen LFT’s alongside the vaccine, problem is the vaccine wanes over time, even with antibodies you can still pass Covid 19 to others / plus get infected yourself, especially as they wane.

Agree Antibody testing will be another tool to fight Covid but Antigen testing is the only way to stop the spread.

Omega’s 100M of tests a year wouldn’t even satisfy the U.K. market never mind USA.

Has to clear the minimum specification for DHSC otherwise we won’t be able to sell our test for Home Use, suggest it’s pivotal, it’s our one chance to avoid the historic issues with Porton Down

Of course we can use other biotech but if we can use our

I just wonder if there is any leakage on the trial results from Northern Ireland ?

Mologic have been been very bullish that they have best antigen LFT biotech in the world, we know the first stage of the trial is complete, it’s 120no people on what is basically a binary result?

Of course sentiment has changed to LFT engineers last day or so but appears little bit of substance behind the share price rather than pure speculation?

Really pleased for Abingdon shareholders and it’s still undervalued even after another 25% rise this morning Shredz makes some good points.

Feels as if the Northern Ireland study was partly instigated at the bequest of the DHSC ? The timeline falls favourably to them taking over from Porton Down on September 1st?

As you say it’s then about Omega providing the complete test or using a 3rd parties biotech - these results swing it either way.

The AbC- 19 test results were leaked prior to RNS which resulted in an intra day RNS

These results are very important, the DHSC contract will be a rubber stamp, ditto influence EU & USA authorities.

Keep an eye out for leakage, this is the catalyst for the rerate to commence.

Trial using the improved Mologic buffer which will be targeting both the S & N Spike protein of Covid 19

We know they are paying £100 to people to participate, phase 1 is complete - suggest they will know the result by know it’s only on 120no people, may have been some leakage on the news yesterday

Phase 2 should be complete very quickly, within days.

IF the results replicate at the least the independent studies carried out by the likes of Wellcome Trust then we smash the DHSC requirements for the Home Use Test - DHSC take over from Porton Down 1st September

IF we can improve the result up to Ct27 then it’s icing on the cake and they can say they have one of the best antigen tests in the world

DHSC contract then a formality, the share price will go nuts.

It can only be a matter of days, 120no participants, it’s pretty binary per person, they possibly already know the data/ result

Say 100M annual LFT’s with current set up

Initial contract £374M but could we land more? Suggest highly possible

Could be £400M a year of revenue based on market prices for LFT’s, 50% gross margin historically.

NCYT heading to £300M m/cap on maybe £170M annual revenue this year - m/cap could include £40M to £100M cash depending on their court case with the Government

Not a complete like for like business and NCYT continues to rise today but it gives us some indication
