Sapan Gai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
@Rd - freedom of speech is one thing but calling the company pathetic and corrupt is crossing a line.
Because of your childish name-calling and personal insults I expect that this thread will be removed before long.
Shame really as it has been comedy gold compared to what else we've had to put up with all week.
@KR - some will hold for results, some won't and some will de-risk after spud. Everyone will have different strategies and different exit prices.
We all buy into companies that hopefully offer massive upsides.
At the current SP the company has a far far greater upside than it does downside. Of course there is risk but there is risk every time you buy into an AIM company.
We all manage risk differently.
Take a look at Rd's meltdown recently - comedy gold
@Rd14 ...and for the record I have substantially more than you invested here and have been invested a lot longer than you having done a lot more research and with a lot more investment experience.
I am not interested in making pennies here.
I also do not think the BOD or CEO are accountable for the current SP nor do I feel the need to vent my wrath to a group full of posters that I do not know.
maybe go and have a lie down!
@Rd14
"yes i am a complete novoce investor believe me,but im not stupid or foolish at all fact !!"
"My total investment now is 12.500,and some of that money is from my family which i have to pay back !!"
...and you feel that borrowing money from family to invest in a risky stock is the fault of a company CEO or BOD ?
@Rd14 - from your posting history it looks like you invested £3500 around 8p back in December last year. I didn't hear you complaining about the BOD and CEO when the SP was 10p. It sounds like you are over-committed and investing in an exploration company in a volatile market may not be for you. Your frustration/anger is purely down to your investment choices/greed and nothing to with the CEO or BOD. You also had the same rant calling PANR pathetic and corrupt.
Companies announce news as and when it is important and newsworthy - not to appease nervous investors.
@cyber - you must have looked up the difference between think and hope then - good for you!
The SP will do what it does until we get news on the Helium either way. From what has happened over this week it is clear that only a fool tries to predict (guess) where the SP will go over the coming weeks.
LB has stated that this drill is fully funded (not the appraisal but the exploration drill).
There is no NEED to raise prior to this drill and at the SP level today there really would be little benefit in raising now and the timescale realistically precludes that as an option anyway.
We (those that have skin in the game) are looking at a binary play in real terms. We are invested in this drill and either we have Helium or we don't. The first scenario means that raising funds will not be an issue as there will be a queue of majors banging on our doors with various alternatives to a standard cash raise. The second scenario means the SP will crash and a cash raise will be very dilutive. It also means that further exploration will likely move to the other prospects and we leave Rukwa (unless Noble are successful in their drill). This will take 12-18 months in real terms but we do have the option of leasing the drill to generate some income to tide us over.
Whatever the scenario those posters most active on this board will thankfully have moved on.
I've waited from the beginning of this journey and waiting another 6-8 weeks for the coin to land won't stress me out too much - it will be what it will be and you have to be in it to win it. At today's SP the upside is certainly far far greater than the downside.
Make your own choices.
@cybertron - your own words in the last few days
I think we may drill a week earlier then expected, think Lorna does allow extra time knowing things don't go to plan,
Quite possible we may drill sooner then mid September!
I'll leave that there
@cyber - yes LB has stuck to what's she has said so why do you keep posting that the drill will be earlier than she has also clearly stated?
You have done it repeatedly and again it is misleading.
Please stick to the facts as it shouldn't be one rule for everyone and a different one for you.
@kevin - if you are only in HE1 for the short term then you need to hang tight. Wait until the drill has started turning and take 50% profit then and sell the rest when the company announce gas shows during the drilling. This is almost a given based on the previous drill.
I have a lot invested here and have been buying the dips since my first buy in January 2021 and will be staying on the train but good luck with whatever you decide.
It's somewhat disingenuous that some here seem to quote LB's comments from the presentation when it suits their own agendas yet still throw out that maybe the spud date will be earlier than the clearly stated timeline she has given us on a number of occasions.
Please have consistency if you are going to use LB's words as gospel.
I have stated on many occasions that it will likely be the long lead items that will dictate the spud date and I stand by that. Drilling crew should be an easy fix and will probably already be sorted (it does not need an RNS).
Let's just stick with what we have been told and accept that the drill will start turning sometime between the 15th and 30th September.
Once that happens and irrespective of the garbage that has been posted here for the past week the SP will react accordingly.
Until that time I expect to see the same personal attacks, fantasy posts and conspiracy theories from the usual suspects. This board is becoming a laughing stock and reeks of desperation from many.
Nothing has changed - if the Helium is under the X we have marked it is still there and anything stated here doesn't change that. If you've done your research and believe in the extensive research carried out by experts in their field then relax and enjoy the ride.
For those of us that have held since early 2021 another month should be easy.
Would the company have to declare Directors' share purchases?
If the purchases were not options then I don't believe so
I think that is highly likely - it probably wouldn't be an outright sale so the company hopefully retains a stake in the production business
@kevin - in the event that Tai-C is confirmed as a commercial discovery then the company won't be looking to raise the £50-60M you state as there will be another company involved. Despite what we are told HE1 will not become a producer and will concentrate on proving up the other prospects and selling them on
I do not think they have strung anything out and I'm not one for conspiracy theories. The anticipated spud date is reliant on the delivery of long lead items which I believe are not on site yet.
@sussex - LB has never said they are funded for an appraisal well - just that they are funded for the Tai-C drill.
Assuming a discovery is confirmed upon completion funding for appraisal will be very easy and may not be in the form of a traditional cash raise
Haha - you tell me to get lost and then state everyone can post here!
I have an issue with you because in the very short time you have been here you have added nothing other than ridiculous ramping, crazy share price suggestions, inaccurate spud date expectations and are desperate for the SP to rise which suggests you are one of those looking for a quick gain before heading off to buy a Big Mac meal with your profits!
