Wise words - and averaging up if buying in regular chunks is the smart way to go (but goes against the trend of buying on the way down)
Tonnacombe - you are familiar with TR1's aren't you? If he was selling at 50/60p we would have had confirmation by now.
Rumours are exactly that and are often used to say something with no comeback.
Of course there are certain people who have made that claim publicly (with no substantiation) because they have a vested interest in scaremongering and driving the SP down.
I'll wait for an official RNS thanks
fred - I enjoy see him getting more and more agitated as his sorry web of lies unravels. He appears to have become very sensitive and aggressive recently - maybe the fear that exactly what has happened to day was coming.
His self-obsessed role as king of the board will be ending soon as any people left here that do still listen to his whining and tantrums will soon have switched radio vas off for good
Happy days
I'm perfectly happy thanks and having a lovey day - enjoy life in your Walter Mitty world
Comedy gold
Our resident stain claims to have bought yesterday despite the fact that he says it's going to 15p
Total buffoonery of the highest order and clearly someone that wants to be able to say he's "right" whatever happens.
Still I guess he might be able to buy an out of date pastie with his "profits"
Some of the "admin" costs are one-off costs that are not ongoing as certain posters well know.
Now let's try and think for a while about what the value of chill.com is to our business......
Those that heard the presentations at the AGM know
There are some good updates from the AGM on the Telegram group
As has been mentioned below I think it was partly wrong time for many as there has been some squabbling and anxiety over the share drop.
Read through the previous RNS's for a good insight of where the company is currently and if you google interviews with the CEO's they are very informative.
take a lot of what you read here with a pinch of salt as there are various agendas at play.
With regard to the products the Zoetic range (cosmetics, oils and ingestibles) are excellent and I have not heard a poor review from anyone I know that has used them.
The smokes are freshly launched in the UK and are available online but you won't find many UK reviews.
The future value of the company will come from the tobacco cessation products rather than the cosmetic side
craig - I think you are being a tad disingenuous as you haven't told the full story. You were fairly hostile and quite abusive in a number of your responses (which elicited a reaction from a number of members) and I believe that was the reason you were kicked out. Had you not reacted the way you did I don't doubt that you would still be there.
vas - you've made it clear you think the company is over-valued and that is your prerogative. I'm not sure that we all need to hear you repeat it again and again as contrary to what you may think this board does not revolve around you (although by sheer number of posts maybe it does).
If you don't like the current SP and think it will drop then sell what you have (if you hold) and wait for your buy-in price. Nobody here really cares what you do. We don't need a running commentary on your life and your investment decisions.
Try being proactive for once - I hope you have penned all of the queries you are raising and submitted them to today's AGM (provided you are a shareholder).
You are accusing other members of posting the same thing every day - take a breath and between posts read what you've written over the past few days.
It sounds like you would have a far happier life without the stresses you putting yourself under here. Ask why you need to raise your blood pressure for the sake of a company that you don't believe in. You aren't saving anyone here.
@hobo - great first post here!
Maybe share your research on the company with us?
....or an easier one - you reference my comment to Vas in response to a particular post he made. Maybe you can decipher exactly what he meant in his post.
I won't be holding my breath for any constructive response from you
It fascinates me why certain posters feel the need to come onto a BB to post comments that are either intended to create a reaction or demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge.
There are people here that have massive knowledge about the business (at a level that some would say is unhealthy) and these individuals (along with many high profile and clued-up investors) are invested for a number of reasons.
If you think that company is over-valued that's fine but why do you feel the need to tell people that have invested time and their own money into the business that you are somehow superior and know more than they do?
There are thousands of companies that you could invest in - rather then waste time telling people what a mistake they have made (despite the fact that they have have done far more research than you) maybe you should spend time researching companies that you want to invest in?
These trolls are the kind of people that will never make any money investing as pointing out flaws in a company (usually factually incorrect) is more important to them than looking after their own investments. They disappear at the slightest hint of an upturn in SP.
By all means come back in 3 years time and tell us where we all got it so wrong (between commenting on companies you are not invested in).
Those that are genuinely invested will do very well and the noise that is flooding the BB will soon be distant memory.
Onwards and upwards
@Billy - congratulations on your promotion to board policeman!
...oh and if you knew where the "fact" came from why were you asking for people here to confirm it?
The board was actually much better well before you and your mates came along - plenty of facts and good discussion. Sadly you have driven most onto other platforms so go ahead and act like the board is yours as very few are listening
The big difference between here and CHLL is that they have tobacco cessation products currently selling in 2500+ outlets, have award winning CBD products (cosmetics and ingestible) on sale online and are profitable.
The potential of both is very different as their business is primarily tobacco cessation and unless I'm mistaken that is not something CBX have suggested they are pursuing. You can of course compare the CBD part of their businesses but as I've repeated many times Love Hemp would be a far better comparison but you seem to prefer the CHLL comparison because it suits your ramping style.
Maybe provide us with your thoughts why comparing with CHLL is a worthwhile exercise and let us have some thoughts and maybe some projections rather than just throwing out random words?
If you care to check your posting history you will notice that you make reference to CHLL far more than anybody else on this board. Do you have some sort of complex with them?
...and no-one expected anything more form you - yes the same person that said he was leaving us all recently but like a bad smell just wouldn't go away.
I've never filtered anyone before but you may now be the first
@vas - if I post something libellous about you and claim that I read it somewhere but cannot remember where would you be happy to accept it as fact and demand an apology from anyone that questioned me?
Why would I owe an apology to someone posting something as fact that has been proven to be wrong? If anything he owes the group an apology for misleading anybody that still reads his posts here.
...and quite frankly what the **** has my post got to do with you? He doesn't need his slow twin for support
Billy - why should anyone here confirm your understanding?
You made a statement as a fact and were called out on it. You now admit that you have no idea where it came from and you may be mistaken. Having seen it on Telegram is a lame justification especially as you are no longer in the group and many here are not either.
Maybe check your facts before posting something with an agenda and then retracting it.
That really sums up your MO
@Amran - you say that mention of a placing coming at some point is absolute nonsense yet your claims of 20p by September etc are not?
Whenever I have mentioned the topic of a placing in the past (never popular) I have suggested it is possible (note the word possible) because of the costs that come with production, marketing, distribution and putting the company in a position to generate revenue that will drive the SP higher. Every time I have mentioned that a placing has to be considered (the claims of the money in the bank that are posted here are NOT based on fact as no-one knows what expenditure has happened to date) I have also added that placings are not always to be seen as a negative. If a placing comes to finance a roll-out that will generate profits then I for one support that as it may be the catalyst needed to push the SP upwards.
Your claims that the SP is going to x or y are never backed up with any substantiation or your reasoning so quite rightly are dismissed as mindless ramping. You've gone from someone planning to spend your millions by the year end to a constant moaner complaining the company don't have products yet. You change with the wind and have been more negative than most recently. You have also made it clear that you are massively underwater (and keep buying into the drops) and will be exiting when you can but you still expect us to believe your ramping to enable you to do that.
The company have a good looking website, are busy finalising their initial launches and the products will be released when they are ready. This isn't a short-term play (it will be 2023 at the earliest before the company show any sort of profit) and the BOD aren't focussed on getting the SP to your exit point but are making sure they get everything in place to ensure a successful launch.
Those that can sit on their hands and not chase the SP are the ones that will do well here
@Amran - I'm not sure your advice of topping up at these levels makes a lot of sense!
It's very easy to make such statements but you never offer any substantiation to these rash claims. Here are a few examples of your previous pearls of wisdom...
2nd July SP at 8p "I believe we will get material news on CBX this month. Next week we should see 10p plus"
1st July SP 7.25p "I’m expecting 20p plus based on the news to come in July and august"
12th June SP 6.8p "I’m predicting 22p by September"
If you want to keep topping up then that's your choice but I'm not sure we need your advice based on your previous success with predicting where the SP is going.
