@Windows - you need to look at CHILL

There seems to be a belief from some posters that it's inconceivable to see the SP drop below the IPO level.
However there is nothing to prevent that and 5p is NOT some sort of safety net that cannot be breached.
I know there are posters here that have been badgering the BOD to provide updates but the company will release news when they have worthwhile news to release and until they do it's hard to see any reason for the SP to rise.
As has been stated there is unlikely to be any sales of quantity this year (if at all) and the company is unlikely to be generating operating profits until 2023.
If the SP does breach 5p then I would imagine there would be a lot of people bailing as a psychological barrier will have been broken.
Chartists may be able to enlighten us with resistance points but something of substance needs to happen to stop this SP erosion

@fred - I remember going to a second division game that set a record attendance (which I may be wrong but believe still stands) of over 51,000 (and trust me there were many more there than the official attendance!)

I don't generally get involved with the squabbles here nor do I flood the BB with numerous posts to bury threads - go and count the number of posts you've made here in the past week and the number that I have made.

Your ramblings make little sense and again I would suggest that you take a break from posting and come back when you have clarity of thought rather than playing the victim and responding with factually incorrect statements.

I understand you have your views on the company and where it's going (which you are entitled to) but your posts are either repeating the same old thing or constantly squabbling with people who have a contrary opinion. You seem to thrive on poking the hornets nest yet complain when you get stung.

You are coming across as very childish and because of your rants nobody will take anything you say seriously.

One minute you ask what you consider to be a deeply profound question (knowing that no-one has the answer) and then you start stamping your feet and getting more and more agitated when no-one answers.

I get that you are disappointed with recent events and the SP drop (as many here are) but moaning about it every hour serves no purpose. Whether you accept it or not it is clearly having an effect on your mental state.

You made a flamboyant announcement recently that you would be leaving the board but popping back in from time to time (praise the Lord!) yet you seem to have increased the number of posts you put up coupled with a marked decrease in rationality and content.

If you want people to engage or listen to you then do as you say and stop the petty squabbles - you might find a bit less hostility here and some people may even take the time to read what you post and engage in a civil manner.

Read back through the your input yesterday - maybe now is time for you to take that promised break from the board - trust me you will feel much better for it

I'm not really sure why the constant request for everyone to guess what the figures will be next quarter or what the SP will be or the revenue etc etc.

The simple answer is no-one knows at this juncture (not even the BOD) so any figures thrown out are guesses at best.

Anyone that does post their best guesses is then ridiculed or vilified so unless behaviour from certain posters takes a dramatic change of direction no-one will engage or play their games.

Let's all wait and see what the figures reveal when they are announced and we can all have informed discussion at that point rather than wasting breath on what or what may not happen.

With regard to the comments about the Telegram group and some of the misinformation being spouted I would like to state that the group is NOT only open to those with a positive view or people that blindly follow a certain line. There is plenty of healthy debate both positive and negative and there is information shared there that is not shared here. The two very bitter posters who complain regularly about being kicked out were not kicked out for their negativity but for constantly disregarding warnings about posting lies that they claimed as facts (with zero substantiation) and their constant abuse of individuals. They are free to do that here (which they do on a daily basis) and that is the reason why this board is rarely used by most genuine investors.

vas - none of us can see why you should continue so I would suggest you bow out gracefully and retain what little sanity you have left.

@seb - I don't believe the dumb twin was ever invested - he claimed he was but his tone has taken such a very aggressive turn towards the company that I'm guessing he is either getting worried or being told by his paymasters that he is failing in his duties and facing the sack

For those that have been downplaying the recent figures here and are now raving about how good TAAT are let's just look at some numbers:-

2021 Q2 revenue CAD $691k (nett income CAD -$11.38M)
2021 Q1 revenue CAD $166k (nett income CAD -$5.82M)
2020 Q4 revenue CAD $99k (nett income CAD -$6.42)
2020 Q3 revenue CAD $63k (nett income CAD -$3.75)

Current Market cap CAD $451M

Now someone kept suggesting the current MCAP here was grossly over-valued.

Based on what certain posters were shouting about after the last accounts figures here it looks like we are grossly under-valued to me

There was me thinking that the slow chuckle twin wasn’t the dumbest here today but then he takes the biscuit by saying he bought when he thought it was over-priced and it was always going to drop further.

@Techvalue - looking at your posting history you clearly have more knowledge and history on CHLL/ZOE than many here so I can only surmise that your comments are meant to be deliberately inflammatory - possibly based on bitterness that you missed out on a 25 bagger!

Your comment back in April last year was "Forget this now. It’s shot to bits" - the SP at that point was 4p

Looks like a lot of bile is being spewed by the usual suspects and a plethora of new posters.

I would imagine that those venting their spleens only bought in for the short-term (if they were ever actually invested) and are taking another hit on their never-ending rainbow chase.

Those that aren't invested and have arrived to bash this company clearly need to get out a bit more.

Those investors that have substantial holdings don't appear to be panicking and aren't selling like the nervous Nellies. Maybe ask yourself why.

Those that like to post to create a reaction and get a reaction will soon be gone and forgotten.

Come back next year and we can discuss further but if you really believe the SP is going to continue to drop I would ask why you don't sell up and move on

The end product hasn't even got a name yet and the brand won't be Cellular Goods so there seems little point in developing a website at this stage.

Investing is not about the short-term (leave that to day-traders) and those that are expecting a big re-rate upon product announcement/launch may be in for more disappointment as until confirmed and sustainable income starts rolling in the SP isn't going to the moon.

Look at Love Hemp, their products, their turnover and their profits - they have been selling in High St stores generating income for some time.

There will be a lot of marketing, production and distribution costs to come so do not expect to see the company generating profits for at least 12-18 months after launch (which would be better than many new companies bringing products to market).

@ndn - on the basis we are not sure exactly when the drill started it is not impossible that there could be an RNS on Monday as on Tai-1 He shows were encountered at 70M
