It looks like the smarter Chuckle brother (and that's hard to believe) is resorting to smoke and mirrors to hide his agenda.

Firstly claiming to have added to his substantial £250 holding so he can sell them at a loss when the SP drops below 39p (clearly challenging his dim twin for that title).

Secondly talking about a cash raise for something already transacted. This smacks of desperation and no-one knows what the chill.com domain name cost so why the need to make wild guesses and sow the seeds of doubt about a cash raise? Let's stick to the facts rather than your agenda shall we?

Chuckle forgot to mention that the company previously announced that it is now trading at a profit and every day that goes by we are in more and more outlets generating more sales.

Let's all wait for the next RNS's and then we will see

If anyone really believes the SP is going to drop sub 39p and also claims that a cash raise is on the way then why would they buy more? The only reason to claim to be buying would be to ingratiate themselves to those that are new here and think they may be fellow investors and therefore more plausible.

If you don't believe it either then I would suggest you treat everything they say with the same suspicion.

The more rubbish you post the clearer your desperation sounds and is a good indication that an upward SP movement is imminent.

Whilst that is very true the danger is that when there are a couple of non HE1 related threads going on they tend to dominate the board and useful and potentially important information is easily lost in the sheer number of posts

Guys whether you like it or not Byrn's post is probably the highest ticked up post here for a while so maybe those of you that have rambled on about gardening, train trips, fetes, DME can ease off a bit - it appears the majority approve of his comments.

It does come across a bit like an old boy's club at times here and there are better platforms to have those chats

I don't think anyone is complaining about the occasional tip for a good share opportunity elsewhere but this doesn't need to become a board for waifs and strays to plug all and sundry.

...and finally the comment that Bryn hasn't posted much and is therefore somehow inferior and not worthy to question some others - don't go there. Some of use were here well before the "new gang" so let's keep it civil and on topic (with the occasional digression where really necessary). Everyone should have equal voice here.

I think HD raised a point that many of the impatient investors seem to have overlooked.

We are in profit and we are growing organically.

That means that the initial growth is slower than many would like but once it’s gains traction and gathers momentum the rate of growth increases exponentially.

I would take this every day over financing debt or falling into the spiral of cash raises and heavy dilution like many companies are doing. This is putting the shareholders first and means we will reap the greater rewards.

We have rolled out to 3500+ outlets and that number is growing every day that passes. Sales income is growing and we are already trading at a profit.

For any business that would be a great position to be in but the fact that we are a new business and have 85,000+ outlets in the US to come, plus Zoetic product sales, plus EU and the rest of the world we are going to need a bigger boat!

Once the penny starts to drop with the markets this will begin to move really quickly and this time there will be no stalling at £1

@Noob - as you know He3 is found very rarely and in very small quantities on Earth but where it does occur is in subduction zones.

Rukwa sits within a massive subduction zone so the results of the gas analysis will be very interesting. If there was He3 present it would be a massive massive game changer.

I'm happy with He but keep an eye on the analysis when it is announced

@111 again you seem to think there is some kind of conspiracy theory behind the massive buys. The 2.2% information is not news to those that have done their research - this was known weeks ago so will not have influenced any large buys today. I would suggest you may be better off sending your time researching rather than posting here

@111 - where did you get the idea in your head that a 40km pipeline was involved? I would suggest that you stick to company information rather than whatever source provided this misinformation. The information is all out there direct from the company (research interviews and company presentations) if you care to look.

@Dhanteras - capex will only be required if the He is classed as a commercial discovery. If that occurs then markets being irrational is completely irrelevant. The commodity is scarce but in huge demand and the discovery could supply 15% of that demand for 100+ years. There will be a queue of people offering a huge variety funding options and no doubt potential buy-out offers. If there is no He discovery then there will be no need for any capex funding. If you believe that those holding here are in for a beating then I ask what is the reason for your post?

@Deano - if you don't do your own research and rely on conversations for your investment decisions then I wish you good luck.

@Dhanteras - approx £50M to be in a position where He is ready to be sold. If you had bothered to do any research you would know that and you would also know that there are multiple ways of financing the capex without the necessity to issue shares.

If you believe the SP is in grave danger then we will call you a cab as clearly with the effort you've put into this company any investment here is not for you

@amran - You're the one that claims to have x amount invested (those that do have large sums invested don't usually brag about it on anonymous BB's), you're the one who has stated time and time again that products will be launched in September, you're the one that ramps constantly (although you've stated you aren't in for the long-haul so I assume you are desperate to get your money back) and you claim to be in possession of inside information which is either illegal or a lie .....and yet you claim I'm the one that talks crap!! Comedy gold!

When have your mates on the inside told you they will be announcing their next raise? Before or after the products are on the shelves?

Amran - so despite telling us on numerous occasions that products will be launched in September based on your inside knowledge of the company you are now saying that it could be December?

@bigplan - No DM does not need to give an interview with an accurate timeline because drilling is not an exact science. He has explained the current situation perfectly clearly and is not beholden to impatient investors to explain his every move. His responsibility is to get the drill completed safely and successfully.

The danger with giving exact timelines is that a) it is impossible to do in the drilling world and b) it leads to impatient people panicking when those timelines change

1) This is drilling and these things happen - the issue has been identified and a contingency plan has been put in place and drilling continues

2) The timescale has been put back but in the whole scheme of things it's pretty much irrelevant as a couple of weeks has no impact on the outcome of this drill

3) We actually know more this morning than we did on Friday. We have an additional pay zone identified and have not even reached the primary target yet

4) Those panicking and turning on the company are clearly here for a quick buck - they will take their money out and move onto the next unicorn so good riddance. Those that are invested for the long-term will be the ones that benefit and make the big returns

5) MM's are professionals and understand the markets - they will take your money at any opportunity and before you know it you've lost your pot

6) NEVER buy or sell at market open as you will be robbed by said MM's - let the markets settle down and give yourself time to assess what is happening and then make an informed decision rather than a knee-jerk one

7) Some people would have lost money because they had stop losses in place - more fool them as these are visible to MM's and they will drop the SP to clean you out. It's a painful lesson to learn

8) For those that are invested for the longer haul you can happily switch off for a few weeks and let the boys on the ground in Tanzania do what they do best and hopefully the news that we are all hoping for will come along when it's ready
