starwars - the company have not finalised branding yet nor confirmed products so the website is there for the basics only at this stage.

It's hard to believe that any product will be branded "Cellular Goods" so expect news on product names and range(s) along with distribution deals and outlets prior to launch which is scheduled for later in the year.

Until that time you will have to make do with a fairly basic website but keep an eye out for news updates

@Lawrenece - you seem to go on the offensive every time a valid question is raised.

The SP will move when news of products, distributors, outlets etc are announced by the company and until that point the SP will continue to move within the channel it currently sits.

Stating " Looking great for a strong week ahead …." after 30 minutes of trading on a Monday after a couple of trades does your credibility no favours. Accept that the SP will move on news not on your contract ramping.

And I would add to your comment that a constant skewed negative narrative where none exists gets tiresome works as well for a constant skewed positive narrative when we are all waiting for news is equally tiresome.

I expect your typical neanderthal response that you give to anyone that dares ask a question that you deem to be negative

If the tweet causes you so much concern and conspiracy theories are getting the beer of you then you know what you can do at the 8 o'clock bell!

I'm quite content that nothing material has changed and remain optimistic - I won't be watching the board worrying myself all day long.

@niceneil - don't base any investment decisions on what you read on BB's. There are all sorts of agendas here so read the company announcements and the broker notes and look for interviews with the CEO.
You'll feel much more comfortable when you've done the research yourself from verifiable sources rather than anonymous comments here

Does it really matter?

If the result is positive no-one really cares - what is important here is what is in the ground and not what method each of us uses to decide whether to invest, hold, top-slice or sell up

Respect that others have different opinions and live and let live - the board is becoming personal with squabbles that have nothing to with HE1

What a poorly written article.

It sounds like he felt the need to pen something as we have been high profile this week but failed to do much research.

His reference to his previous article suggests he knows nothing about the company and invested (if he actually did) on a whim.

Whilst there is obviously risk associated with any exploration company drilling their virgin well he paints a picture very different to the reality of where we are. The drill delay was because DM decided to prioritise Tai after the seismic results. Where is there mention of the demand for He and the significance of a successful drill result here? Where was his explanation of the geology and the recently upgraded Hannam report?

I would question whether his employers are getting value for money when they pay someone for such a poor article.

I think my local corner shop would have more of a chance of buying us out than MSMN - they have the Midas touch in reverse and missed oil when it was in front of their noses, started selling gemstones, went into the loans business and after dilution and dilution to keep the BOD in cigars and champagne are now considered in the same league as some of the larger corporations in the world!

I'm not aware that DB's investment company agreed to shares for the use of his name - if you know different I would be very interested.
As I recall his investment company bought shares at a discounted rate (like a number of other large investors) at the time of the IPO and were tied in for set periods (12/24 months).
CBX previously confirmed that DB has no personal involvement with the company at this stage but of course there is always the option that he may do at a later point (for a fee).

I'm not sure really what your concerns are - it is quite clear that the options are only exercisable in the event that at least one of the drills is successful. If/when that happens the SP will be trading in a very different range than it is today so my view is that the directors will have earned their shares!

With regard to the £50M required for the infrastructure to supply He to the market that is a while off (don't be putting the cart before the horse) and there is no discussion yet as to how that would be financed. If we are proposing one or two plants then that means we have plenty of commercial He to sell and trust me there will be major players knocking at the door with all sorts of financing options (most of which would mean no dilution).

Your concerns seem to be based on scenarios where we have found commercial quantities of He - if that happens I for one will be a very happy bunny

Zoetic was the first to be listed on LSE therefore its a sensible comparison for all the reasons I've already pointed out - incorrect ZOE was never (and still is not) listed as a CBD business and ZOE never listed per se as it was purely a name change from HNR

Why the reluctance to compare to LH as they are very similar? If you were to take their mcap and translate that to the number of shares here you get 5.3p. Maybe that is the reason?

Your insistence on picking a company with a £100M mcap as a comparison is clearly for a reason here. Why stop at £100M? Why not compare to Apple or Amazon?

You appear to have your head firmly in the sand and when someone calls you out you resort to a "mightier than thou" approach.
